I had an amazin experience with Zealcon Group, they did a glass room and one of the internal doors for me. It was like buildin a mini luxury house all over again. I'm from Germany and I've been running a real estate and contracting company for 25 years! I have to say, I've never had such a terrible and shocking experience as I did with this company! The "Quality" of this company and their products is an absolute NIGHTMARE! They promised so much, but delivered so little. They showed me a beautiful window in their factory, demonstrating how the windows and terrace doors would be delivered. But what I received was the cheapest, do-it-yourself hardware market quality, maybe suitable for a social housing project, but definitely not for a Luxury Villa! The only decent product they delivered was a folding door for the extension side of the house. However, even that had its flaws, as the handles fell off on the very first day and they still haven't been repaired. As for the rest of the terrace doors, they are completely useless. They can't withstand wind, dust, noise, or water, and they break every two days. It's such a disappointment. Unfortunately, I've already paid 90% of the ridiculously overpriced cheap windows, so my only option now is to take them to court and try to get my money back. I strongly advise against using this company! They have a smooth-talking salesman named Mr. Umair, but don't believe a word he says or any promises he makes. Trust me, you'll end up in the worst nightmare of your life! The products they provide are the absolute cheapest of the cheap, and they don't work from day one. Those beautiful pictures you see on their website? You won't find anything like that in your own house! If you want to experience the worst nightmare imaginable, then go ahead and order from this company. If you need more information, feel free to contact me anytime.
