I ordered stuff from Young & Reckless twice and I gotta say, they're really good. They send emails to check in and they ship it fast like speedy Gonzales. Not to mention, they got good deals going on. I wish all companies were like them, seriously.

this company lies bout what they say their clothes are made of. i got stuff labeled as more cotton but then when i got them they had way less cotton than it was supposed to be. i got a hoodie saying 80% cotton but tag says 50/50 cotton/poly. i also got shorts sayin 100% cotton but tag says 60/40 cotton/poly. thats prolly illegal cuz it aint true advertisin.

I got 3 pieces of clothes from Young & Reckless for 60 bucks like 2 months back. But the tracking ain't movin' with it only makin' the label still. I keep gettin' emails askin' for reviews but haven't got my stuff yet.

yo so i bought some stuff off young and reckless and also got that route protect thing. but like i never got my order and i've been trying to hit them up but no response. checked with the tracking number and it's still in limbo or something. and to top it off, they're saying the protection thing doesn't even cover what i bought. smh. frustrating af.

So I ordered a few things from Young & Reckless on November 4th. I've been hittin them up for a tracking number but they keep saying they got too many orders to deal with. They also said I can't cancel my order even tho I never asked for that. I was peepin some other reviews from folks and they're all dealin with the same [censored]. Like, is this a scam or what? I spent $101 on 3 pants for my boy and now I just want my coint back.

I got a tee from Young & Reckless. Took a good bit to get here, but when I finally wore it, there was a hole in it. I grabbed it on 8/29 and it was *** with the taxes. Had to hit 'em up on 9/4 to tell 'em about the hole. They replied on 9/8 and said to send a pic of the packing slip and check my address. Told 'em I chucked the slip and confirmed the addy. Ain't heard back since, even after emailing 'em loads. Had a lady named *** taking care of it but that was the only time she messaged me.

Dude! So, I ordered from Young & Reckless like a couple weeks ago on August 2nd but still haven't got my stuff. And, to make things worse, they sent me the wrong order! I tried getting in touch with their customer service, but all I get is these dumb automated emails that don't help at all. Plus, the number they gave me to call doesn't even work! It's just a stupid recording. I'm so pissed off, man. All I want is my stuff! My order number is XXXXXX and I even attached some pics of the stuff they sent me instead of my actual order. I hit up Young & Reckless on Facebook on 02/20 to exchange my daughter's hoodie that she got as a gift. But they did not get back to me. So, I messaged them again on 02/22. They replied by telling me to send the item back with the invoice. I gotta pay for the shipping tho. They suggested I use first class, but that only works for small things. The hoodie cost $13 to ship. I told them yet again that I didn't have an invoice. They came back on 02/23 saying to add a note to the package with the order number. It was tough finding the order number because it was a present. But, finally I returned the hoodie with a detailed note on 03/20. And they got the package on 03/26. I followed up on 04/26, 04/27, 05/08, and 05/11, but they didn't reply to any of those. On 04/28, they finally replied saying it was an automatic message and they’d get back to me in 1-2 biz days. But, they still haven't!

I bin ordern from yonug and recless since march. I orderd somethings in March 2022 and some thingz were pre orders so i knew i would have 2 wait but every month i check, *** told me next month. I moved in the summa and did not have my ol email anymore and got a new bank account so i told her about my email new address and new bank. She kept delying my order for about 10 months. I spoke to *** befo today in Nov n she said dec 12 my packege wuld be shipped. So dec 12 yesterday I go to check and it said cancelled and refunded. I email dem and say I didn't get my refund. *** day we sent it to your bank. And they ignore me since. I have all my orders including the march one that was refunded. I just want my money back. I've spent hundreds of dollars and they are trippin.

FedEx done goofed up my order from Young & Reckless. I bought some stuff worth $120+ on 2/2 but it still hasn't arrived yet, even though it was supposed to show up on 2/16. Bad weather is to be expected with winter storms, but it's been held up in Willow Springs, Illinois since 2/11 and hasn't moved since. USPS says they don't have it yet and gave me no tracking number, but Y&R gave me FedEx package tag# XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX and quadpay order #XXXXXX-XXXXXX. FedEx says it's lost, and Y&R says it's not their problem since I didn't insure the package. Like, what the heck, man? I've never had a company refuse to help me out like that before. Can everyone just say "not my problem" and call it a day? I'm so frustrated, especially since I've already made two of the four payments on my QuadPay plan. I think some dood working for SmartPost stole my package. If I acted like that at work, I'd be toast. Ugh. This situation is a real headache.
