Unethical Behavior
Did business with Yesgamers 3-5 times around 4-5 months ago, have transaction records and corresponding CS emails, everything went fine, I have no complaints there. In fact I would say I was overall pleased knowing full well the nature of the Diablo 2 items market.
Yesterday, I receive this cheeky email...
"Well, now you simply decided to claim a chargeback case after a few months?
What is that?!
Please be aware that if you decide to pull this through, we will have to share all your personal details with an anti-scammer network so other store owners in all kinds of industries can check their details against the data base before delivering any of your orders.
Many stores are part of this, and that would mean that you will be on the black list.
So I'm not sure why you decided to submit a chargeback with your bank, but we will make sure to work against it, (my full name) :)"
I emailed them back, requesting a claim which should have been in the initial email. Contacted my branch to immediately investigate only to find no such action has been taken on my behalf. The sheer degree of unprofessionalism that goes into immediately threatening a customer for hypothetically enacting an end user RIGHT is mind boggling... Understand that again, this email was received OUT OF THE BLUE. No fact checking or credentialed linking to any claims, just threats of being "black listed", do business with them at your own risk!
Max @ Yesgamers.com contacted me in what he perceived as a fraudulent claim against his company. This issue at hand was that I in fact made no such claim, their was initial miscommunication as I for a time believed my situation would no be handled appropriately. Max stepped up and both apologized for any wrong doing as well as removing responses to my complaints as a sign of faith. This weighed heavily on my decision to overturn my complaint. I consider the company to be in good standing and would recommend to those looking for D2 items at a fair price.
I made an order and never received it
This incident happened on 12/17/2015. The Transaction ID: 3S244844EL171023M. They were running a special of 20x any runes of your choice for $3.33 for Diablo 2 and I made the order and sent payment immediately. An hour later I still had not heard anything from them and had sent them 3 different e-mails. None of which they responded to. They ended up just sending me a refund and never sent my items when their website says you'll get it in 30 minutes or else it's free. They never gave me a reason as to why they wouldn't fill my order. I sent another e-mail after I got my refund and they still did not respond to me at all. They have horrible communication and don't try to resolve any problems you have with them at all. I am not pleased with them at all and will not be making any more purchases from their website and I hope that if anyone else is reading this they will try to buy their items elsewhere as well.

The company www.yesgamers.com is real scam. I ordered item from them, but after they received my payment, they didn’t provide any info. I sent them emails and asked to provide any news about my order or to return my money back. The seller replied quickly and told to wait, ‘coz the order was already sent, so simply wait and that’s all. They are liars and...
