Yapı Kredi Bankası review: Bank Fraud

Last week a total of 7, 000TL was withdrawn from my Yapıkredi account by someone using a copied atm card. I immediately notified the bank and blocked my card the very next day. The bank told me that morning that they would not reimburse this money. I have asked for video tapes from the ATM's used, and have sent several emails, and faxes to Yapı Kredi, non have been replied to. They have offered no response since this happened. This was my entire savings in Turkey, and now I'm stuck here. I feel it's the bank's responsibility to reimburse this money as it's a problem with their security measures, and not my own negligence.
