On or about May 11th I purchased top and bottom dentures online
If they appear to be made out of some type of acrylic. When trying to return the item I cannot find anyting on my charge card that gives me any information on returning this item. When I checked with the shipper of this item they provided the company that is all that they had. I'm trying to get a return merchandise number authorizing my return yet I cannot locate anyone to assist in this request.
Desired outcome: I want to receive a refund and the proper location to return the item, does authorized in with an RMA number an address for the return as well as any information for the credit such as a number date of issue of credit.
