XPO Logistics Exceptional Customer Service

I had a second delivery from XPO Logistics this afternoon. Each time I received a call from the dispatcher confirming the delivery schedule. Even more importantly, in each case, the driver helped me get the items up my extensive driveway with his pallet jack after realizing my driveway was not navigable for the rig and the items exceeded 200 pounds, and I would not be able to get the items to the garage with a normal hand truck. XPO's customer service was impeccable, and I am grateful for their assistance. I will definitely use them again.

XPO Logistics WOW

I had a shipment scheduled in plenty of time. It went on the wrong truck and traveled hundreds of miles away. I called to see where it was at, and they told me the location which was twice as far the opposite direction. I contacted my sales Rep, who in turn contacted the freight comapny to see what we can do. It was scheduled to arrive 2 days late. Instead, they re-routed and had it there with 2 hours to spare on Friday, instead of Tuesday as originally planned. Great job to everyone involved. Making a mistake is one thing...How they corrected it was what made all the [protected]@ Thank you!

XPO Logistics Unreliable and Unprofessional: My Disappointing Experience with XPO Logistics

I recently had an experience with XPO Logistics that left me feeling extremely frustrated and disappointed. I had purchased a new washing machine from Lowe's and had arranged for XPO to handle the delivery, installation, and haul away of my old unit. I received a call from the delivery driver at a quarter to 7am, letting me know that they were on their way. When they arrived, the delivery driver immediately informed me that he would not be able to install the washing machine due to a broken lever behind my old machine that had rust on it. He claimed that he did not have the authority to shut off the water to my entire house, and therefore could not proceed with the installation.

I was taken aback by his refusal to install the machine, especially since I had previously had a washing machine delivered by a different company without any issues. The delivery driver was rude and unhelpful, refusing to come up with any solutions to the problem. I became increasingly frustrated and angry as the situation escalated, and the delivery driver eventually went out to his truck and sat on the phone while his colleague began packing up the new washing machine to haul away.

I went outside to confront the delivery driver and demand an explanation for his behavior. He continued to insist that there was a problem with my plumbing, despite my protests that there was nothing wrong with it. He then came back inside and sat on my front porch chair, laughing and joking with his colleague as if he were at home. I was left feeling disgusted and angry at the way I had been treated.

I eventually had to call a plumber to come and inspect the lever behind my old washing machine, and he confirmed that there was only a small amount of rust on it and that it was perfectly fine. I cancelled the order with XPO and informed Lowe's that I would never purchase from them again if they continued to use this delivery company.

Overall, my experience with XPO Logistics was extremely disappointing and frustrating. The delivery driver was rude, unhelpful, and refused to install my new washing machine without any valid reason. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and professional delivery services.

XPO Logistics XPO Logistics: A Delivery Service That Can't Deliver

So, I bought a washing machine from Sam's Club and they used XPO Logistics to deliver it. I got an email and text message saying that it would be delivered on July 28th. They even gave me a time window for when it would arrive. But then, I got another email and text message saying that it was canceled. I was pretty upset about it, so I called the 800 number to find out what was going on. I spoke to a guy who was really nice and apologized for the inconvenience. He said that the earliest they could deliver it was August 4th. I asked him why it was canceled, but he didn't know. He said it was probably because of logistics, which is not a good excuse for a company called XPO Logistics.

Anyway, I got another text and email confirming the August 4th delivery date. They even gave me another time window. But when the day came, no one showed up. I didn't get any text or email about the cancellation this time. So, I called the 800 number again and spoke to a woman who was also really nice. She said that her computer showed that the washer was out for delivery. She tried to help me out and said that she would put a note in the file that I had been canceled once before and to make sure that they delivered it this time. But I never heard from XPO again.

I decided to use their online chat to ask for the phone number of their local warehouse so that I could speak to someone who might know what was going on. But they told me that they never give out that information. I even offered to go pick up the washer myself, but they said that wasn't allowed. No one has contacted me since then, and they still have my washing machine.

I think that a delivery service that can't actually make a delivery is not really a delivery service at all. It's more like a theft service. I'm really disappointed with XPO Logistics. The people who answer their 800 number are really nice, but they're just taking the heat for the failure of the local warehouses to deliver. I let Sam's Club know how unhappy I am with their choice of delivery service. I don't think this is the kind of service that Sam's Club expects from their vendors and service providers. Maybe they'll fire XPO and find a better delivery service to use.

XPO Logistics Disappointing Experience with XPO Logistics: Negligent Delivery and Installation of LG Washer

I recently had an experience with XPO Logistics when I ordered an LG washer to be delivered and installed, as well as the haul away of my old washer. Unfortunately, the service I received was far from satisfactory and bordered on negligent. I had previously purchased an LG washer 9 years ago and had a great experience with the delivery and installation, so I expected the same this time around. However, XPO Logistics was the company in charge of the delivery and installation this time, and it was a huge let down.

The first time I used the washer, I noticed that no water was coming out. I didn't think it was a big deal, so I turned the water on. However, the washer then started making a terrible sound, like metal on metal when washing. To make matters worse, the washer started vibrating so violently that I thought it would explode, so I had to stop it. I thought maybe the washer wasn't level, so I spent an hour trying to level it, but the violent vibrating persisted. After reading through the manual, I realized that the shipping bolts were never removed! This can cause serious and permanent damage, as stated in the manual. I removed the bolts myself, and the washer seems to be working much better now. I was surprised that the delivery and installation team didn't even turn on or test run the washer, especially since we had the old washer set out on the driveway for them.

As a 5'1" female, I had to wrestle the washing machine out of its spot to level it and remove the shipping bolts, turn on the water, and get it up and running. I may as well have installed the washer myself in the first place. To make matters worse, there were dirty handprints all over the washer and on the walls. I am generally easy going and wouldn't have mentioned this, but with everything else that went wrong, it's appropriate to mention. Additionally, the delivery was 2 days late, which was frustrating.

I received a message from XPO Logistics asking if my service was satisfactory, and I explained the situation. They said someone would get in touch with me shortly, but it's been several days and I haven't heard anything. I also filed a complaint with LG, but I haven't heard back from them either. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the service I received from XPO Logistics and would not recommend them to anyone.

XPO Logistics XPO Logistics: Unreliable Delivery and Poor Customer Service

XPO Logistics ain't worth a penny. My shipment was supposed to arrive at a warehouse in Chester VA on the 19th, but I didn't get it until the 29th. And to top it off, it was delivered to the wrong place! This company needs to fire everyone and start over. It's ridiculous when they tell you it'll be there on Friday, but then when you call on Friday, they say it didn't make the truck. They said they'd put it on Tuesday's truck for that area, but then when Tuesday came, they said they wouldn't have a truck back in my area until the following Tuesday. I called again and found out my shipment didn't go out. I spoke with a manager named Stacy, who assured me it would be delivered on Thursday the 29th at lunchtime. But when I checked the tracking, it said it was delivered and signed for. I went outside to look for it, but it wasn't there. I called XPO again and they told me it was delivered and signed for by someone named Paul at a different location. Luckily, I knew this person, but it could have been lost if I didn't.

I would never use this company again. They make you feel like you're crazy when you call to ask about your product. My shipment was worth over $20,000, and it could have been lost. The driver didn't drop it off at noon like they said, it was between 9 and 12 according to two sources. If I could give zero stars, I would. This driver made the good people at this company look like they don't do their job correctly. You shouldn't have to call to schedule a delivery, everyone should be tracking it. And they need to make sure they deliver to the right place, not just drop their load wherever they want.

In conclusion, I would not recommend this company to anyone. It's not the fault of the people who answer the phone, it's the driver's fault that my shipment only gets one star. I'm glad he doesn't work for me. And for a $20,000 shipment, this is unacceptable.

XPO Logistics Warning: Terrible Experience with XPO Logistics - Do Not Use for Delivery

I gotta say, I'm not one to write reviews, but I gotta warn y'all about XPO Logistics. My experience with them has been straight up terrible.

So, here's the deal. I ordered a fridge a whole month ago. They told me it would be delivered on Saturday the 18th between 9am and 1pm, and that they'd give me a call 30 minutes before delivery. The day before, they even confirmed the delivery. But guess what? No fridge. No call. Nothin'.

Trying to get a hold of XPO was a complete nightmare. When I finally got through, the rep told me they don't have any way to contact their local hubs other than an email address. And get this, they don't even keep a list of their drivers or their contact info. The best they could do was tell me that somehow the fridge didn't make it onto the truck for delivery, but they'd put in a new order for delivery the following weekend.

But guess what? The same thing happened again. When I contacted them, they said the order didn't even get put through to tell them to deliver the fridge. They said they'd deliver it today, September 30th, and even gave me a confirmation and a delivery window between 2 and 6pm. But it's 5:50pm now and still no call, no delivery.

It's been two whole weeks without a fridge, and we're at the mercy of a company that can't seem to do anything other than keep telling us delivery is scheduled for the next week. We even asked if we could just drive to the local hub to pick up the fridge ourselves, but they said no because of COVID restrictions. We even tried contacting Samsung, but they couldn't help us either.

And get this, after doing some research, I found out this isn't even a new problem. XPO Logistics has an F rating with the BBB, and there are multiple news reports online from others who've experienced the same thing. Some of them never even got their delivery at all!

So, let me just say this loud and clear: DO NOT USE XPO Logistics. If you're ordering something, make sure the company doesn't use XPO for delivery. Trust me, you won't get your item.

XPO Logistics XPO Logistics: Failed Delivery and Lost Pallet - A Warning to All

XPO Logistics was supposed to deliver my freight, and they picked it up from my supplier in Warren MI on 6/2/2022. It was received in the Garland TX warehouse on 6/7/[protected]@ 3:01am, and I was expecting it to be delivered soon. However, on 6/7/[protected]@ 11:56am, when it was out for delivery, there was no sign of the driver. The driver claimed that he attempted delivery at 6:37pm, but I was still at work until 7:28 pm that evening. I was surprised that the driver did not call the business to see if they were open if he was delivering after 5:00 pm. I thought that it would be delivered in the next couple of days, but NOTHING happened.

So, I called XPO to inquire about the delivery, and they said that they would have it out the next day. However, there was no delivery, and there was still no sign of the driver. I put in another call to the local warehouse in Garland TX, and they said that it would be out tomorrow. Again, there was no sign of the driver, and I put another call in, and they said it would be out the next day. Again, there was no sign of the driver. So, I put in another call to find out why my pallet had not been delivered, and they told me that THEY COULD NOT LOCATE MY PALLET.

From what I could tell, my pallet was never scanned to go out for delivery AS PER THE TRACKING SUMMARY. If it was out for delivery and taken back to the warehouse, it should have been scanned again when it was unloaded off the truck. They said that they had done a dock search, had looked at video footage, and it was loaded on a trailer to OK, but again NO SCANNING was done. Then they told me that the trailer was in San Antonio TX. They contacted San Antonio, and they did a dock search, but it had just VANISHED. This is a pallet with 3 x V8 ENGINE BLOCKS in cardboard crate boxes, wrapped in black plastic. Now they say they have no idea where my freight is and to lodge an insurance claim.

The problem is that we have had these items on order for over 10 months for customers, and they are not readily available from my supplier. When you call XPO, their message is that they claim to be the best in the LTL freight business and that they have moved millions of LTL freight with zero claims. Well, they have FAILED here and have a very bad process that has failed them. You don't just lose a pallet! I would never use XPO, ever!

In conclusion, XPO Logistics has failed to deliver my freight, and they have lost my pallet. They have a very bad process that has failed them, and I would not recommend them to anyone.

XPO Logistics Disappointing Experience with XPO Logistics: Poor Communication and Customer Service

I recently had an experience with XPO Logistics that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I had ordered a fridge from Samsung and XPO had contacted me to schedule a delivery for Thursday. I had prepared for the delivery by dismantling my old fridge, but then XPO informed me that the delivery would be on Friday instead. I was a little annoyed, but it wasn't a big deal. However, on Thursday, they contacted me again to say that the delivery would now be on Monday. I was starting to get frustrated, but I tried to remain patient.

On Monday, I received a confirmation from XPO saying that the delivery would be between 8am and noon with a 30-minute heads-up. However, by 1pm, I still hadn't heard anything from them. I went online to track my product and found out that there was an issue with the carrier and that the delivery would not be made. I tried to call XPO, but I could only reach an automated service. I then tried their live chat, but the person I spoke to could only tell me what I had already read on the website delivery tracker.

After pushing many buttons, I finally got through to a live person. However, he could only tell me what I already knew from the website. When I asked for more information, he had no answers. I was starting to get really frustrated and let him know that this was unacceptable. After being on hold for 10 minutes, he finally told me that I would receive an email from the carrier within 24-48 hours on the condition of my product. I couldn't believe it! XPO either had no idea where my product was or they were unwilling to tell me. This was totally unacceptable, especially for a "logistics" company.

I decided to contact Samsung and request a refund. They said they could initiate a new order, but it would still have to be delivered by XPO. I didn't want to risk having the same experience again, so I asked for a refund instead. Samsung gave me my money back, but now I have to start all over again. It's been 4 months since I originally ordered my fridge, and I'm back to square one.

I was so disappointed with XPO's service that I plan to let Samsung know about all the negative reviews I've seen about them online. XPO needs to improve their communication and customer service if they want to keep customers happy.

XPO Logistics Disappointing Experience with XPO Logistics: Lack of Communication and Misinformation

I recently had an experience with XPO Logistics while purchasing a bed from Amazon. I scheduled my delivery for December 8th using Amazon/XPO's program. However, on December 5th, I received an automated call informing me that my delivery was expected to arrive between 9am and 12pm that day. I was confused as to why I was receiving this message when the delivery was scheduled for December 8th. Upon checking my Amazon account, I found that the order stated a delivery attempt was made on December 2nd, which left me even more confused.

I contacted Amazon, who then looped in someone from XPO. I was informed that the delivery was rescheduled for December 12th, but I wasn't given any explanation as to why this change was made. I also wasn't informed why I hadn't been notified of this change or why I was receiving automated calls about receiving the delivery on December 5th. XPO assured me that I would receive my bed on December 8th, but after waiting all day, I called XPO to inquire about my delivery. To my surprise, XPO informed me that they had rescheduled my delivery again for December 12th without ever contacting me to inform me that they wouldn't be able to make the delivery on December 8th.

I had taken a vacation day to ensure that I was home to accept delivery, but now I found myself out of a vacation day and needing to take another vacation day on December 17th because of XPO's lack of communication. It would have been nice if someone from XPO would have informed me that they had to change the delivery date. It would have been nice if the person from XPO would have informed me that they are only able to deliver items to my area on Mondays instead of assuring me that I would have the bed delivered and installed on December 8th. It would have been nice if XPO would have stopped terminating my calls while trying to get everything straightened out. It would have been nice if they would have emailed me, sent me a text, called me, or at least made an attempt to inform me ahead of time that their system wasn't able to limit which days they are available to make deliveries.

Overall, my experience with XPO Logistics was frustrating and disappointing. The lack of communication and misinformation caused me to waste vacation days and left me feeling dissatisfied with their service. I hope that XPO Logistics can improve their communication and customer service in the future to avoid similar situations.

XPO Logistics Terrible Customer Service and Logistics: My Experience with XPO Logistics

So, I had a pretty bad experience with XPO Logistics. I ordered an appliance from the manufacturer and scheduled delivery with XPO two weeks in advance. The day before the scheduled delivery, I got an email saying it would arrive the next day by 12:30 PM. I had a question about whether I would get a call when the driver was on the way, so I called customer service. They said it might take a while to answer because of high call volume, but when I got put in the queue, there were zero calls ahead of me. I waited on hold for 25 minutes with no answer, so I hung up and tried again the next morning. Same thing happened, no one answered after 25 minutes on hold.

I stayed home from work to wait for the delivery, but about an hour before the delivery window ended, I got worried that it would be late and I would have to miss more work. I called customer service again, but no one answered. I tried the chat feature and finally got through to someone after 20 minutes. They told me my delivery was canceled and I would have to reschedule. They didn't give a reason why it was canceled, but the agent thought it might be because they couldn't fit it into their schedule. I was pretty upset because they didn't even bother to let me know the delivery was canceled, and I missed half a day of work and pay for no reason.

To make matters worse, the earliest they could reschedule the delivery was 9 days later. I was pretty frustrated because any reputable company would have expedited the delivery given what they put me through. But XPO Logistics just doesn't seem to care about their customers. It's a shame because they're supposed to be a sophisticated, technology-driven logistics company, but they're clearly incompetent when it comes to logistics and customer service. Overall, I would not recommend XPO Logistics to anyone.

XPO Logistics Nightmare Experience with XPO Logistics: Delayed Delivery, Wrong Address, and Poor Customer Service

My experience with XPO Logistics was absolutely terrible! I placed an order on September 19th for delivery to Michigan, and it was supposed to be shipped at the beginning of October. However, the delivery took so long that I had already moved over an hour away from the original address. To make matters worse, XPO had to use a third-party shipping company because the new address was so far away from California.

When I received an email to schedule the shipping date, I immediately responded and asked them to change the address. The delivery was supposed to be on October 31st, and I even called XPO on October 19th to change the delivery address. I thought everything was fine, but I never received a call with a time window for delivery the night before. When I called XPO to verify, they still had the wrong address. I tried to change it, but the representative told me that I had to contact Living Spaces to change it.

I called Living Spaces, but they told me that they couldn't change the address because the order had already been sent out. I called XPO back and had to fight with the representative to get the address changed. Finally, she told me that the address was changed, and the delivery would be made the next day. However, when I called the next morning to verify, they still had the wrong address!

I got a call from the driver saying that he was 40 minutes away, but he was going to the old address. I told him that was not correct, and he said he had to contact his boss to see what he should do. He promised to call me back in 10 minutes, but I never received a call, and the furniture was never delivered.

I called Living Spaces later that night to cancel the whole order, and they told me that the Living Spaces representative should have been the one to change the address. They also informed me that I would need to pay a 10% restocking fee if I wanted to return the order. This was absolutely ridiculous, as none of it was my fault, and no one could make it right. I will NEVER recommend XPO Logistics to anyone!

To make matters worse, XPO keeps calling me to schedule the delivery, even though I thought I canceled the order. Now, I have to wait for the furniture to get back to California before I can receive a refund. I am so frustrated! All I wanted was nice furniture for my new home, but instead, I got a nightmare experience with XPO Logistics.

XPO Logistics Terrible Experience with XPO Logistics: Rude Driver and Unhelpful Customer Service

My experience with XPO Logistics was terrible. The delivery driver arrived at my house without any prior notice and called me to confirm that he was at the delivery address. He then told me that he would be leaving since no one was at home. I rushed back to my house and arrived in about 9 minutes, but the driver had already left. I saw him driving away about 300 yards from my house, and he called me to say that he had left. The driver's number is ***256, and he was very abusive, rude, and made racist remarks. Has anyone else had a similar experience with this driver?

I will never use XPO delivery services again, and I will avoid buying from any retailer who uses XPO as their delivery partner. The customer service from XPO was no help at all. They showed no empathy for my needs, did not have an attitude to solve my issues, and displayed a very unprofessional approach. They were rude and dysfunctional, which left me feeling distressed, frustrated, disappointed, and insulted with the racist remarks.

I have been trying to find a solution to my delivery items for more than 48 hours, and I still have no idea what is happening. The customer service simply transfers the call from one department to another, and the same representative speaks by doing a voice modulation. It is very frustrating and unprofessional.

In conclusion, I would not recommend using XPO Logistics as they do not have good business ethics. Their delivery drivers are rude and abusive, and their customer service is unhelpful and unprofessional. It is better to find a different delivery service that values their customers and provides better service.

I gotta say, I'm not too impressed with XPO Logistics. I mean, I don't even know how they're still in business. I ordered a Mirror for my birthday on November 10th and was told to expect a phone call for delivery. But instead, I started getting texts. They scheduled delivery for the 11th and I received confirmation for that day. But then on the 9th, I started getting random texts about the 10th. I called to confirm the 11th and they said everything was good to go.

But then on the 10th, I got a text saying the delivery window was from 7am-9pm. I ignored it because I had already confirmed the 11th. But then the only call I received was that they were 30 minutes away from my house on the 10th. I was so confused. I spent half a day making several phone calls and the company took zero ownership of their mistake. It was so frustrating.

Finally, we confirmed from the warehouse that the delivery would be on the 11th. But then after the office closed, I called and the guy refused to move it to the 11th and insisted on the 12th instead. Today is the 12th and I called the guy back, but he didn't give me a delivery window. He said he would call me back, but he never did. I'm so fed up with this company. If they can't get their act together, I'm going to cancel my order with LULULEMON STUDIO MIRROR and find a company that knows what they're doing and honors their commitments.

And it's not just me. It seems like this is a recurring theme with all of their deliveries. I don't know how they're still in business. They really need to step up their game if they want to keep customers.

XPO Logistics Terrible Experience with XPO Logistics: Lies, Excuses, and No Accountability

I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with XPO Logistics. Like, if I could give them a negative rating, I totally would. So, I ordered this appliance like two months ago, right? And when it finally came time for delivery, the drivers straight up lied about when they delivered it. They were supposed to come during a certain window and give me a heads up when they were on their way, but they never did. And get this, we have cameras that caught them coming way earlier than they were supposed to and leaving before the delivery window even started. Then they had the nerve to say they were at my house for over 15 minutes. Like, come on, cameras don't lie, but these guys sure do.

So, because of their lies, they ended up sending my refrigerator back to Samsung. And all they could say was sorry, but I wasn't home, so they had to send it back. Like, what kind of excuse is that? And when I asked to talk to a supervisor, they straight up hung up on me. I tried calling back a bunch of times, but they wouldn't let me talk to anyone in charge. It was a total nightmare dealing with XPO Logistics.

And get this, Samsung says they have to use XPO Logistics for their deliveries and installs. Like, what kind of nonsense is that? XPO Logistics is making Samsung look really bad, and Samsung still uses them. I'm so disappointed in both of these companies. I'm done giving my business to Samsung because they didn't even try to come up with a solution. All they did was set up a new order and delivery for the end of January. Like, seriously? I'm so over it. These two companies deserve each other.

XPO Logistics Stonelocator's Smooth Process vs. XPO Logistics Nightmare: A Rollercoaster Review

My experience with Stonelocator and XPO Logistics was a bit of a rollercoaster ride. Stonelocator's stone order process was smooth and easy, but the delivery process was a complete nightmare thanks to XPO Logistics. However, I must say that the folks at Stonelocator were great and did their best to help me through the ordeal.

Unfortunately, the deliveries were made by XPO Logistics, and it was nothing short of a disaster. The first delivery driver showed up with no equipment to unload the 4000 lbs of stones, so we had to unload them one by one ourselves. This resulted in an injury and back pain for me, which was not fun.

The second delivery was even worse. The driver was barely awake and had no idea how to unload the 6400 lbs of stones. When I suggested leaving them at the end of the driveway and pushing them down, he was unresponsive and uncooperative. This was another disappointing experience with XPO Logistics.

To make matters worse, XPO blamed me for the delivery issues and charged me exorbitant fees for redelivery and storage. I had to hire additional help to get the stones delivered, which cost me extra money.

Despite the negative experience with XPO Logistics, I appreciate the effort put in by Stonelocator's staff to help me out. They were great and really went above and beyond to make things right. I would advise people to be cautious when dealing with these companies, particularly XPO Logistics, but I would not hesitate to recommend Stonelocator for their good customer service and quality products.

XPO Logistics Disappointing Delivery Service: My Experience with XPO Logistics

I gotta say, I'm not too impressed with XPO Logistics. This is the second time we've had trouble with them delivering our orders. And let me tell you, it's been a real headache.

The first time, we ordered a kitchen stove and it took over two months to finally get it delivered. And that's after several failed attempts and no communication from XPO. I had to be the one to keep calling and rescheduling. It was a real pain in the you-know-what. And to top it off, the first time they showed up, they didn't even have the item on the truck. Can you believe that? It was another two months before we finally got our stove.

The second time was with cabinets from another supplier. They changed the delivery day from Thursday to Friday, which was fine because they gave us some warning. But then they didn't show up during the delivery window of 10 am to 2 pm. I had to call customer service around 5 pm to find out what was going on. They told me the drivers were running behind and the delivery would arrive between 5:30 and 6:30. But guess what? No one showed up or called. I had to call again and was told that it was still out for delivery and would arrive before the end of the day. But, surprise surprise, it didn't. And now it's Saturday morning and I'm still waiting.

I don't know about you, but I expect better from a delivery service. It's not like we're ordering something small and insignificant. These are big-ticket items that we need for our home. And the fact that XPO can't seem to get their act together is really frustrating.

I called customer service again this morning and was told that someone from the delivery team will be reaching out to me. We'll see if that actually happens. But honestly, at this point, I'm not holding my breath.

Overall, I would not recommend XPO Logistics. If you want your orders delivered on time and without any hassle, I suggest looking elsewhere.

XPO Logistics Nightmare Experience with XPO Logistics: No Communication, Delayed Delivery, and Frustration

I recently had a terrible experience with XPO Logistics while trying to get my mattress set delivered. I ordered it from Sam's Club on August 1st, 2020 and was supposed to receive it by August 28th. However, it's now October 14th and I'm still waiting for it to arrive. What's worse is that there was absolutely no communication from XPO regarding the delay. I only received a text on September 27th saying that my mattresses had been shipped, but not to me - they were sent to a separate shipping company! To make matters even more frustrating, XPO charged my credit card on the same day.

I was then told that I would receive my mattress on October 4th, but it never showed up. I had already given away my old mattress and was forced to sleep on my sofa. I was given another delivery date of October 7th, but once again, there was no show, no cancellation, and no communication. Finally, I was given a delivery date of October 20th, but by this point, I had had enough. I contacted Sam's Club to request a refund and cancel the whole deal, but they told me to contact Serta. When I contacted Serta, they told me to contact Sam's Club. It was a never-ending cycle of passing the buck.

What's even more frustrating is that XPO doesn't even have a live person to talk to unless they call you! It's like they don't care about their customers at all. I finally received a text saying that my mattress would be delivered on October 14th, but I was supposed to receive a text with a time window the day before delivery. That never happened, and I'm still waiting for my mattress to arrive.

Overall, my experience with XPO Logistics has been a nightmare. I would advise anyone to avoid using them at all costs. It's not worth the frustration and stress.

XPO Logistics XPO-Logistics Failed to Deliver Our Samsung Range - Frustrating Experience!

We bought a Samsung electric range from Samsung and they arranged for XPO-Logistics to deliver and install it. The range was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday, April 27th in the afternoon. We got an email in the morning saying that the item was out for delivery (see image). But two hours after the delivery time window ended, we got a text message saying that the delivery would be rescheduled with no other explanation (see image). We called XPO and they said that the truck broke down and the item was being returned to the warehouse. They said that it would be 're-scanned' and then rescheduled for delivery. They promised to call us back in the next 24-48 hours with the new delivery date.

It's been almost two weeks since then and we've made multiple phone calls to XPO. They've promised to call us back within 24-48 hours and assured us that the case would be 'escalated' to the next level. But we haven't been called back once and we haven't been given any information about why it's taking so long to reschedule the delivery.

We had the old range removed, the gas line removed, and the electrical service upgraded to accommodate the new range on the morning that the delivery was scheduled. But since the failed delivery, we've been without a functional kitchen for almost two weeks. We have no idea when the delivery will be rescheduled and we have no evidence that XPO-Logistics is competent or that they care about customer service. It's been a frustrating experience and we wouldn't recommend XPO-Logistics to anyone.

XPO Logistics Living Spaces' Delivery Service Needs Improvement: A Review of XPO Logistics

So, we bought a custom sectional from Living Spaces and it was delivered by XPO. But, it wasn't all sunshine and rainbows. One piece of the sectional arrived broken, like the whole back of the couch was sinking because the frame was broken in two places. I can only guess that someone put something really heavy on it. We contacted Living Spaces and they were cool about it. We sent pictures of the damage and went through their protocol. They made a new couch and it was ready for delivery.

XPO was supposed to pick up the broken couch and we had secured a pick up date that coincided with our ability to be at the house. At this time, we were in transition between states and still finishing up our jobs before the final move. A few days before the pickup, we got a message that the date had been rescheduled - to a date on which we would be 2000 miles away. We told them we wouldn't be home. Apparently they cancelled the pickup order because we were never contacted to reschedule.

Fast forward 2 months. The replacement couch has been delivered and it, too, is broken. I can only guess at why this is happening, but extreme incompetence comes to mind. They still have not picked up the original couch. We had an appointment for this Saturday, but apparently that was cancelled because we got a text with a link to pick our date and Saturday isn't available. I just want this couch gone. I don't know what else to do other than take it out to the lawn and set it on fire. That would be much more effective than XPO has been so far.

Living Spaces needs to find a new delivery service because this one is ridiculously inept. I mean, seriously, how hard is it to pick up a couch? It's not rocket science. XPO Logistics needs to get their act together and start doing their job properly. It's not like we're asking for the moon here. Just pick up the damn couch and take it away. It's not that difficult. I'm starting to think that XPO stands for "Xtremely Pathetic Organization".

XPO Logistics XPO Logistics Review: A Disappointing Experience with Missed Delivery Dates and Poor Customer Service

I gotta say, XPO Logistics is a real disappointment. I mean, I can't even give them a zero star rating, but if I could, I would. I'm so sick of their lack of service, the runaround I get from their call center, and the missed delivery dates. And don't even get me started on their managers - they're totally impotent and can't seem to get anything done.

So here's the deal: I bought two Samsung refrigerators from XPO on May 21st, 2022. It was a big purchase - over $4,000 - and I was really excited to get my new fridges. They told me the delivery date would be May 27th, which was really important to me because my old fridge was about to kick the bucket. But as the 27th approached, XPO pushed the delivery date back to June 7th. I was so frustrated! I called XPO right away, but they basically told me there was nothing they could do.

I tried calling the XPO call center several times to get in touch with someone at the warehouse, but I just got the runaround. The "help" desk hung up on me several times, which was really frustrating. Finally, on June 6th, I called again and was told that my packages would be delivered on June 7th between 1:00 and 3:30 in the afternoon. I called again on the 7th to confirm, and they told me the same thing.

But then, at 4:00 in the afternoon, I got an email saying I needed to schedule my package drop off. What the heck? I called XPO again, and they told me the delivery wouldn't be until June 15th. I can't even express how poorly this company operates. The call center staff barely speak English, and they sound like robots when they answer the phone. If you ask them anything that's not in their script, they're totally lost and can't help you.

XPO is a huge company - they've got over 40,000 employees - so you'd think they'd have their act together. But judging from the number of complaints on the BBB and all the bad ratings they've got locally, I don't know why anyone would use them. It took me hours just to find someone who could authorize me to pick up my stuff myself. It's a real shame, because I was really excited about those fridges. But XPO ruined the whole experience for me.

XPO Logistics Disappointing Experience with XPO Logistics: Failed Delivery and Installation of Refrigerator

So, we recently had an experience with XPO Logistics that left us feeling pretty disappointed. We had purchased a new refrigerator from Lowe's and had arranged for XPO Logistics to deliver and install it for us. Unfortunately, things did not go as smoothly as we had hoped.

First of all, the driver who showed up did not follow the instructions we had given him to call us when he arrived. Instead, he called my girlfriend, who was busy at work and unable to answer the phone. He did not call me, as we had requested. This was frustrating, as we had taken time off work to be there for the delivery.

To make matters worse, the driver then claimed that he could not deliver the refrigerator because of a small branch that was hanging over our driveway. We went outside to talk to him and found that the branch was not actually in the way. He would have had to do some maneuvering to get the truck past it, but it was certainly not an insurmountable obstacle.

We offered to chainsaw the branch ourselves, but the driver refused to wait for us to do so. Instead, he drove away, leaving us with no choice but to reschedule the delivery for another day. This was frustrating, as we had already paid for the delivery and installation and had taken time off work to be there for it.

In the end, we had to dolly the old refrigerator down the driveway ourselves and will have to do the same with the new one when it arrives. We feel that XPO Logistics should refund us for the delivery and installation, as we will now have to do the work ourselves. We were disappointed with the driver's attitude and lack of willingness to do his job properly. We have had better experiences with other delivery companies in the past and will likely choose a different company in the future.
