www.thefurniture.com AKA The Furniture.com IS ONE BAD ONLINE FURNITURE COMPANY, DON'T TRUST WWW.THEFURNITURE.COM THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS, I placed an order for a sofa, they shipped be a wrong color and when I called, Lev at customer service, the guy who handles" complains" basically brushed me off.
I explained to him that it's not that I don't like the sofa, it's that www.thefurniture.com shipped me WRONG COLOR AND NOW REFUSING TO PROVIDE ME WITH REFUND!THEY ARE TRYING TO CHARGE ME 25 % RESTOCKING FEE OF ABOUT $ 400 AND ADDITIONAL $ 300 IN RETURN SHIPPED BECAUSE THEY MESSED UP AND SENT A SOFA OF COMPLETELY WRONG COLOR.

I have been online for a few days looking for a good price on a particular bedroom set. After reading all of the negative reviews on www.thefurniture.com I will not be purchasing anything from them. Sometimes there are misunderstanding but after I read the "Response from TheFurniture.com" on this page, I'm sure my decision is the right call. Completely unprofessional! Bad mouthing a previous customer is Never the right thing to do!

Response from TheFurniture.com:

The customer had purchased a sectional from our website. It was by Coaster Furniture. The customer's sister in law had contacted our company attempting to defend her family members because she believed they got scammed by receiving a different finish of the sectional. The sectional only comes in one finish. The customer had purchased a large order including 3 bedroom sets as well as a Coaster Sectional. Everything arrived to the customer, however they were not satisfied with the sectional. We advised to the customer's sister in law that we needed to speak with the person who placed the order to get this issue resolved. Unfortunately the sister in law was not happy with that response and this is why she decided to leave negative feedback about our company. Our company has resolved the issue with the customer's sectional by picking the sectional up which is EXACTLY like the product advertised and did not charge the customer any restocking fees.

How is it that we are scam artists and the customer had received the entire order but is not leaving feedback about the bedroom sets?

At the end of the day, the customer who actually placed the order is 100% satisfied with her entire order.
