Worry Free Plumbing & Heating Experts LTD is the real deal. They know what they're doing and they do it well. Their prices are reasonable and they always show up on time. I've had them fix my furnace, install a new hot water tank, and even unclog a drain. Every time they've done an excellent job. I highly recommend Worry Free Plumbing & Heating Experts LTD to anyone in need of plumbing or heating services. You won't be disappointed!

I had Worry Free come to my house a few times and they did great work. They fixed my hot water heater and put in a sink and dishwasher. I also signed up for their never worry program. The plumbers were clean, polite, and knew what they were doing. I suggest them a lot and I'm glad to help out a local business.

I had a problem with my boiler and these guys came out to fix it. They replaced the gas valve and told me the price beforehand. I thought it was okay so I said yes (I really needed the heat). But then I found out they charged me way too much for the valve (*** VR8200 H 1236). It's supposed to cost 159.65 but they charged me 695! That's a difference of 536 dollars. Not cool.

I rang up Worry Free Plumbing and asked how much it would cost for someone to come and give me a quote for servicing my water unit. They said it's only $36 for a truck to come out. I asked about descaling my unit and filling the Axiom box. They came and charged me $36 to come to my house, then charged me a $95 diagnostic fee (even though I told them what I wanted done), and then charged me $300 to descale, but they forgot about my Axiom box. When I called to have them come back to fill the Axiom box, they said they can come and fill it for free only if we sign-up for a $125 full home service with them. I called a different company and I was much happier with their services. Don't call Worry Free Plumbing & Heating unless you don't care about spending money for nothing.

I used Worry Free Plumbing for my plumbing needs. They installed a new toilet and bidet seat for me a few months ago, but it started to get loose. I left a message for them to call me back, but they didn't. Today, I found water on my floor and saw that it was leaking from the toilet seat. I called Worry Free for a service call, but they said they could only come tomorrow in the morning. I was upset because I have a leak now and they couldn't come sooner. I might have a warranty on the seat, but I'm so angry that I'll just buy a new one. This is really bad customer service. I know they're busy, but emergencies should be handled better. I called Romaniuk instead, and they'll be here today.

I had these guys come out to put in a sink, hook up a garbage disposal and dishwasher. They had to go through the floor and up through the sink area floor. The water lines were already up to the sink, but they hooked up the cold water blue line to the dishwasher until my husband saw it and told them it had to be the red line. We had brand new cupboards put in and this was just a hook up. They installed my microwave and got it too close to the edge, so my new cupboard door rubs on the microwave and we have to redo it. The invoice has false info, saying they removed existing facets, removed and disposed of old dishwasher supplies, and removed existing piping. We had all the supplies for them to install except the black pipe under the sink. They said they could do the power hookup for the garburator, but they couldn't and we needed an electrician. I contacted them twice and the second time she asked me if I was finished and hung up on me. The total invoice was $1766.21 and it took them 9 hours to do the job. I've been told it shouldn't have been more than $500.00 and 5 hours to do the job. I don't think I should have paid them. Thanks.

I called Worry Free plumbing and heating on April 15th. We set up a meeting for June 16th from Noon to 1:00PM. They told me on the phone that there would be a $149 call out fee. But, they didn't tell me that they also charge an extra $195 to check the furnace (diagnostic). I told them before the appointment that a switch was broken. I didn't need a diagnostic. The technician found the broken switch and fixed it in 2 minutes. It cost me $309. It was a rip off to pay extra for them to do their job. They should warn people before they come. It's dishonest and misleading. Especially since I told them the problem before I made the appointment.
