We have been staying here since dec 14 th the first 2 weeks went good after that i've witnessed employees whom live in the motel fighting and cursing at each other in the hallway. I also had a very hard time understanding and reading the bill on my receipt. Manager knocks on our door like a cop telling us we owe for that day told him my bf would pay as soon as he got off work but he locked out key from opening the door at 1 pm and was unable to let my dog out to use the bathroom.. When I finally took my dog out at 4 I was unable to get into my room so I had to go down to front desk and wait 15 min, then manager claimed he had to let me in my room and he would be up in a few minutes. I I ended up waiting 30 min w a very thirsty dog in the hallway watching a couple who are employed at the motel throw cleaning products while screaming at each other.. Finally he came up and w a quick sorry while opening my door. On jan 19 th, I woke up to some guy waiting by the room next to me at 730 a. M talking real loud on speaker phone on his cell phone. Claims hes here for a week and didnt have a key.. Weird! Was waiting for front desk to open so that he could get a key, concerned how in the world he would know what room he was in? It's been a nightmare w this man next to us, unable to sleep he is extremely loud all night, music bumping banging on the walls, called the emergency motel # last night to complain said they would take care of it but it continued through the night. I wake up this morning to see bags of garbage in front of his door between our rooms. Also my last bill included $70 in late payments and that wasn't on there last week when late and never any mention of late charges. I'm furious how this motel is ran.
Desired outcome: Would like the $70 in late fees refunded was never told about this when making payment arrangements and the day I was locked out w my dog refunded as well as the 3 nights that I was unable to sleep due to the rude guest next door refunded
