Winterwood Wrongfully evicted, wrongfully lease violations

I’ve lived at Town Common for almost 3 years before I was wrongly evicted on June 6, 2023. When I first moved in January 14,2021 I paid $400 for my pet who I gotten a letter from my doctor saying that I needed my dog because I have Anxiety and depression. He passed away because there was parvo on the property and I was unaware of. So I got a new dog thinking it was okay but I was being charged an extra $450? I thought was unfair but you know life isn’t. That property has had many issues after the first year I was there with different property managers. The month of December 2022 to April 2023 I was granted the Healthy at Home eviction. In the agreement it stated that the landlords or property management was supposed to give 30-45 days before filing an eviction notice and I was not granted that. I was trying to pay my rent with late fees but I was rejected before 30 days and I don’t understand why. I went into the office to let them know I was getting paid after the 5th of May and she said it was fine as long as I have the late fees but she would’ve needed to talk to her manager before accepting it. I waited two extra weeks and did not hear anything until the 22nd of May when I was trying to hand in my rent with late fees but was still rejected. I’m not understanding why I was evicted when I tried to pay my rent. The property manager also said I violated my lease when my boyfriend was there and said he lived there but there was a cop in his face and let’s be honest being an African American male these days aren’t the best but because there was an elderly couple who complained about arguing at 2:45pm. He did not live with me but would come and stay with me for a few days because he is from a different state and then he would leave. So I would need to write a letter saying my boyfriend would come over for a few days and then leave? When there is people there who have guest there all the time without giving notice or have multiple people live with them without being on the lease? And for the cop being called once is not a violation in the lease. I’ve tried to speak to someone higher authority but would not get a response. Now I’m homeless because I can’t get another place due to an eviction being on my record. I need some answers.

Winterwood took it upon themselves to illegally remove someone off my lease leaving me with no choice but eviction court In March I came home from work to my roommate and her furniture missing. She had moved out and not paid me rent. SHE WAS ON THE LEASE. I went after her legally because again, I put her on the lease for a reason. I needed her part of the rent. When I went after her for her half of the rent she told me she wasn't on the lease anymore. WINTERWOOD took her off my lease without my consent or hand written letter approving of it. I emailed them right away when it happened and I have YET to get an email back. I have called hundreds of times and the only response I got was a letter telling me to vacate by the 20th of August.

Winterwood A tree fail on to my property causing damaged to my fence and window

A tree fail on to my property causing damaged to my fence and window. This company is refusing to fix the damage and remove the tree out my yard. I've been trying to get in touch with someone for over several months. Carrington Commons property doesn't have a leasing office,i've drove in there few time to see, the number on google is not the correct number for that property. When I finally found the company that owns the property I have been calling this company, sent an email and even tried to find the property manager for carrington commons condos. When I did finally got a hold to someone. I"ve spoken with a *** @ Winterwood Inc about 3 weeks ago. He stated he would have someone removed the tree. I inform him that that tree cause damaged to my property, his demeanor changed. But still inform me someone will be out to resolve. No one still has not come out to repair the damages and remove the tree. i have called *** and left several messages for him, also tired to call his supervisor Whitney Crabtree, she won't return my call.I still have this tree and a broken window and bent up fence for this company to repair.

Winterwood I am POA for sister ***

I am POA for sister ***. *** applied for housing at *** Nov 2019. Jan/Feb 2020 promised an apt by ***. *** confirmed this. N0v 2019 *** applied for *** housing in Jeff. IN. Jan 2020 Manager *** approved *** for 2-bedrm move in. She needed two bedroom because of medical equipment. *** asked for another application. Second application was hand delivered to *** and she stated she would call that afternoon with move in date. *** didn't call. Several messages left for her over the next two weeks. *** confirmed *** was approved and paperwork was at the corp office. Over the next six weeks *** stated she could not find the app even though it had been turned in twice and *** had previously stated it was at corp office. *** said she would have *** call me. Continued to leave messages for ***. In April *** actually called from her cell phone and stated she still had housing for ***, but couldn't remember the house number and would call me back with that information. She didn't. I kept calling. In May *** informed me she was the new manager and *** no longer worked there. Everything was explained to *** and she stated she could call me back after reviewing the file. *** called and stated she could not find the app. I took her a third copy. *** called after reviewing and stated she needed to call her manerager to explain. Thursday, *** called me back and stated they did not have any openings at ***. After a lengthy discussion on options, *** said she would call her manager. *** called me back and stated her manger said to immediately move *** into *** apartments temoprarily; and as soon as a one or two bedroom housing was available at *** could move into it. *** was to meet *** and me at *** the next morning to get the key. *** called and again stated she could not find ***'s file. I reminded her I had turned in two to *** and a third one to her, and that *** had previously informed me the file/application was at the corporate office. *** stated she would call corporate and check with "others" because she (***) didn't see *** on the new move in list, nor on the wait list. I hand delivered a 4th application and was told the *** apartment was in the basement. I expressed concern because the basement apartments flood several times a year and the residents have to move out; and with ***'s medical problems, she did not want to have to move multiple times. *** stated, "Ms *** does not have to take that one. My manager said to put her at the top of the wait list for ***e *** if she did not want ***." I specifically asked if I understood her correctly that *** would be the next one to move into ***. *** stated yes, that she was telling me what her manager told her. That *** would "be the very next one to move in ***." *** and I then discussed ***'s Section 8 voucher. *** stated they accepted Section 8 and that it should only be 6-8 weeks before housing was available. *** reiterated that *** was number one on their list.Three weeks later when I called *** for an update she had amnesia. She said she had no idea what I was talking about! That I must be confusing her with someone else! When I refreshed her memory regarding going to see the basement apart at ***, turning in applications four times, and *** getting approval from her manager to put *** at the top of the list, she denied all of that. Said her manager never would have approved any of that. I asked for the manager's name and mumber. I called manager *** twice a day for a week. She called me Thursday Sept 3rd. *** stated she did not tell *** that *** could be put at the top of the list. Is this another case of amnesia? *** said with Monday being Labor Day she would research and call me back next week. She didn't. I've been leaving messages ever since. Today I asked Winter *** operator if *** still worked there. She does, messages go to her cell. Today I left a message for *** as well as her manager Jacob Gonzolis.
