I purchased a 2022 Winnebago voyage at the end of 2022. It was winterized at the dealership and we hauled it home where it sat for about a year. In January 2024 I moved it about 100 miles to a park for work and had multiple water leaks and a propane leak to the point where I had to spend 3 nights in a hotel. Winnebago Industries I bought a motorhome last spring

I bought a motorhome last spring. went out west and had problems .on the road, first electrical problems, refrigerator and ac not working. Fixed that, next the generator was vibrating were not able to fix. then traveling on interstate the black weather proofing came off slide out. next a metal plate flew off bottom on motorhome while driving at highway speed, stopped and had to run out in traffic to pick it up. took to repair and they could not attach it back, nothing to attach it to. having electrical problems and all repair shops are backed up two and three weeks. Had to cancel plans for a Winnebago group camp because once again I'm having electrical problem and each time I try to address the issue with camping world or Winnebago all they want to do is immediately before I get all the information out start telling me I don't know what's happening. only to get me irritated and then tell me there is nothing they can do and then hang up I had one man at Winnebago yesterday Lenny who tried to help me and was actually nice. Winnebago Industries I purchased a brand new 2019 MicroMini a year ago

I purchased a brand new 2019 MicroMini a year ago. I have had multiple issues including my windows leaking which is causing mold and wood rotting. To Whom it may concern, I have purchased one of your products, a brand new 2019 MicroMini (Ref # WBMMXXXXX) on February 20. I decided to go with your brand because of your great reputation and your goal to provide customers with years of carefree and enjoyable ownership of my towable. In my short time of ownership, I have had the exact opposite. I have had numerous issues with my MicroMini. I have worked with the dealership that I purchased it from but they are not able to reconcile all of my issues. I cannot express my frustration enough. They have many parts on order to replace (invoices attached). Not having a worry-free product has severely hindered my travel plans. I spend 90 percent of my time in my MicroMini and I explained that to the dealer. They promised me that if anything was wrong with it, they would fix it immediately. This has not been the case due to the dealer is inability to get parts in a timely manner. They want me to drop it off with them for days at a time to fix the issues. This is not something I can do. The issues I currently have are listed below. I have also attached documentation from the dealership. I have researched the lemon law but it appears this situation does not apply. The lemon law only applies when one problem has to be fixed multiple times. First I noticed a puddle of water on my bathroom floor that was very random. No rain occurred. Turns out my refrigerator was freezing up and leaking causing the water to run through my wall and puddle on the floor. Refrigerator and wiring was replaced after weeks of it being on order and my not being able to use it. The wood is on order that needs to be replaced on the walls and trim. Three of my four windows leak into the wall and it runs out onto the floor ruining more wood. This includes the large window by the couch. The windows and wood are on order but I do not know when it will be in. There is no plan to replace all of the wood that is being damaged due to water. The insulation in my walls is also getting wet which is causing mold to grow. I have to keep a large tarp over my MicroMini to keep the rain out. The stitching on my couch is coming out. It needs to be replaced. They sway bar mounts are not stationary enough. While is was driving down the road, one came lose. My electric outlets fail all the time without having anything major or too much plugged into them. I cannot lock my door from the inside, only the outside. The handle to open the door does not work properly either. I have had the dealer work on it but it still does not work properly. I am requesting a replacement MicroMini. I paid way too much money to have these kind of issues from a brand new product. I cannot express my disappointment enough with this purchase.
