Over a week ago I won over 3000 pounds and as soon as I withdrew they blocked my account and said it was standard practice to do preliminary checks. A week later my withdrawal is still with them. They lied and tried telling me the date of birth I entered was erroneous which is in itself such a disgusting reason to block someone so I sent proof. They were obviously lying through their gums. Then when I probed he disconnected the chat. Then I would not let it go so I spoke to someone else who told me to cease complaining as she would sort it- She didn't. Then every day after they've been telling me to send in my documents which I did a week ago via email but they'll process them when THEY feel like it. They lie, they cheat and they steal. Literally. That's not the markings of a respectable business. That's theft. Period and I'm in touch with trading standards at present to apply some pressure to these petty crooks and get me and whoever else they've conned some resolution. They picked the worst person to con.

Desired outcome: I want my winning plus the deposit they stole
