I have been going into this location for 2 yrs. I pick up orders 4 doordash. Everytime I go in I get skipped over for the Hispanic clientele, they ask who my order is for n tell me 10 min n turns n2 20-30 min. I did a dash and the customer was unavailable and dd rold me to leave the food on the porch well the food came up missing and the store I guess refunded the customer which ordered through doordash. Now she won't give me any orders but the door dash keeps sending me there and she even told them she was not releasing any food send another dasher. We follow protocol when it comes to drop offs this was 12/20 and 12/19

I ordered lemon pepper wings and the original hot combo over the phone. A half hour later when I went over to pick my order up it wasn't ready. I waited and when my chicken wings arrived they were swimming in grease! Swimming! There was a bunch of oil on the bottom that was oozing from under the bag! If you like drinking oil, then order from this location!

Good Afternoon The customer service at this location is horrible 850 West 63rd in chicago. We ordered 48. 00 dolllars worth of food and the. I reached out to the store because we didn't receive or complete order. The manager and employee was so rude the manager hung up in my face. Wingstop lemon pepper wings/ etc

I have been waiting for a WingStop to come to Conyers Ga. So disappointed. I have visited the "new" wingstop in Conyers {twice}, with today being the LAST TIME. This place is NOT CHEAP. So to not get your food right or get what you pay for is not an option. The first time I spent nearly $45.00 for my family . The kids refuse to eat there again, they ordered Garlic Parm & the other was Garlic Parm & Louisiana Rub, I had Lemon Pepper. The wings were not flavored. I mean the seasoning on them was bland and they were dry. So I decided to try them again today. I ordered Lemon Pepper, all flats and wet. I NEVER asked them to make my food well done or crispy. I got the hardest, most disgusting food ever. Not to mention my fries looked as if they got all the crumbs fro, the fry baskets and dumped them into my container. What in the world? I am uploading the picture to show it as well. They too were hard and disgusting. Not to mention that I attempted three times to call in my order. Each time, the person answering would say hold please and NEVER come back to the phone. So the last time I called, I was on hold the entire time as I drove from my home to the location. This is about a 6-8 minute drive depending on the traffic on 138 on a Friday. As I arrive, I am greeted. I look and the phone is still off the hook, laying on the freakin counter. I am HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. The fact that Wing Stop is allowing any and everyone to open using their name, should mean they are holding them accountable to offer the consumer the same consistency all the way across the board.

I was in the Wingstop in Rialto CA on October 22, 2019 and the employee didn't have a name badge on and she was rude she didn't want to give me my refund back and tried to cheat me on my money I paid 22$ she slammed the money and didn't give me the right amount she started calling me names and called me a lil boy!! My family and I love wingstop, but by far this was the worst service I have ever had... I dont look for coupons or offers I always pay my food in full expecting to receive my food fully cooked fresh and warm none of those were provided the cashier was so rude its ridiculous I wasted 60 dollars on food that wasnt cooked... This has never happened before it...
