Jack has been a great representative for this company. He has been out several times for estimates and measurements. The job happened before the time frame he gave us, which was great. The crew was awesome. Worked almost a 12 hour day to accomplish the job in one day. What was awesome was that they were tidy and left no trash or mess anywhere. Our new windows are beautiful and we are very pleased. I would definitely recommend giving Window World a call!

I am very happy with my new windows and door. Everyone was friendly and easy to talk to including the people answering the phone. Chaz explained the product and the installation process without pressure. Mike K. was the best. He made sure I was completely happy with the look and installation. And everything was cleaned up at the end. Tommy S. had to come out 2 days later to fix the door knob. He was quick and efficient. I will definitely recommend Window World to my friends.

Re-windowed the whole house. Sales guys were very nice, knowledgeable, and no pressure. Windows were installed 3 weeks earlier than estimated. Took a crew of 4 guys about 3 hours so very fast and efficient. They put down floor coverings during installation and cleaned, including vacuuming, afterwards. Windows look and work great. I checked every window while installers were here and again when hanging blinds and curtains and am very satisfied with the windows and installation.

I would highly recommend Window World. They were half the price of the other quotes I got. Installed quickly and efficiently. They have an amazing warranty, and everyone I worked with was professional. We were really impressed with the product, new windows make a huge difference. My only suggestion is if there is anyway they could speed up the lead time from order to install. In a world where everything seems to move extremely quickly, 6-8 weeks to wait for windows seems a little long.

The windows look amazing, install was overall impressive, all windows installed in 1 day. Immediately we felt the difference as there is no heat coming through the windows and our HVAC is running extremely efficient with all rooms feeling more comfortable. We have 3 window sashs that came in a little off but will be replaced. The Crew Boss was very knowledgable. I have family, friends and neighbors that have already called Window World for their new windows. Yes, I would use Window World again.

Windows turned out great! But not happy when they have a 3rd party to do all the installing when I was told they do all installing. Had issues with the group that did the installation and all window world says is they can give the info to a field supervisor, which ain't even there during the installs! 3rd party left a section of broken glass in the back yard where my dogs and kids play, all I got told was sorry for that. All in all. The windows are nice, but watch out for the 3rd party installation.

On 06/04, I provided a review where i stated the issues that i experience with the service that i receive; however, a day or so later, I received a follow up phone call from, Tommy Stewart, the Field Supervisor for the area asking me about the details in which after hearing my concerns he scheduled a time with me to come out to look at the finish re-wrap. He reviewed my concerns and resolved them on the spot. I appreciate Tommy and WWs attention to complete satisfaction and making things right from a customer's perspective.

We are very pleased with the finished product, however getting to that point was not a good experience. We gave approval to order the windows in October and were told they would be installed and the project completed by the end of the year. After receiving no communication to indicate any delay, we called in January to check status and were told the windows had arrived but we had not been contacted to schedule installation. When the installers picked up the windows, the frames were cracked and the windows had to be reordered. Ultimately, we waited from October to March to have 2 windows installed with poor communication throughout the process.

Great job all the way around. Salesman was very good and professional. Very knowledgeable about the product and happy to answer any questions we had. Windows were installed earlier than expected due to a cancellation. The installers did a great job. Quick to get the old windows out and new windows in as it was hot that day and I was worried about losing all of my cold air inside the house. Replaced all the windows in the house and it only took around 3 1/2 hours from start to finish. Installers were also very friendly and showed me how the windows worked. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for new windows for their home.

The windows are a great value. We have used them twice and the only thing I was disappointed in this time was the wait time. I had been told 6-8 weeks and since it was the holidays, to plan on 8 weeks. It ended up being over 3 months from ordering to install. Our first time, we had a really bad install crew. They did not shim the windows, all doubles, and they sagged in the middle immediately. This caused us to not be able to lock the windows as well as the screens being off. Another crew had to come back out and re-do all of the windows. One member was on the original install team, ad he told me, "I told him we needed to shim these, but he was in a hurry." In addition to shoddy install work, nothing was cleaned up. My house was a wreck inside and out, all the debris was left on my floor, deck, roof and ground.

Our experience with Window World was fantastic, from start to finish. This company had the best salesmanship (no-pressure, no scare tactics, honest and straight forward, all-around courteous). Our windows arrived from the factory early, resulting in the option for installation about a month early! -- There was no pressure there, either. We opted for early install, and the installation itself went great, too. The team arrived when they said they would, calling before arrival. They did a terrific, clean install -- the team definitely knew what they were doing, resulting in nothing short of a professional job, with basically nothing left for us to clean up afterwards -- the team even took their shoes off when inside the house for the limited work needed to be done there! Very impressed with the window product and service at every point in the process, and will recommend Window World to anyone!

The windows are great and the installers were efficient, friendly, and communicative. They install 29 windows in 6.5 hours. They didn't take breaks or smoke and our installation was done during the COVID-19 pandemic and they followed the proper "social distancing" guidelines with me during the install. At the end of the day, the install looks great, very clean. I would absolutely recommend them to my friends and neighbors. I got the windows ordered and 4 weeks later they are installed. I got 3 quotes for windows and they were very competitive in pricing. They weren't the lowest bidder, but the quality of window and the amount of information on their product that they provided made it an easy choice. The cock lines are very neat, the only reason they aren't now, is because of my 3 year old poking them. The 2 reasons I didn't leave 5 stars is that during the install they didn't seem to care where the debris was flying/falling, I am surprised my floors aren't damaged and, in some cases, that no one got hurt. And while they did a really good job cleaning up, sweeping, vacuuming and washing the windows, we did find several small/tiny pieces of glass around the outside of the house. The pieces were small enough that I am not surprised they missed them, more that there was enough broken glass that we found it in multiple places around the house.

I got 2 new windows from Window World in Feb 2022. I wanted to install them on a Sat in Apr, but they said no work on Sat. So, we set up an install for June 1, 2022. I took off work and waited, but then got a call saying the installer's truck broke down and he couldn't come. I was mad because I took off work, but they said they'd take $100 off the bill. We rescheduled for June 4, 2022. The installer came and took out my old windows, but then found out the new ones didn't fit. He asked if he should fix it or if I wanted new ones. I said new ones. But then a supervisor said no. So, the installer put the old windows back in, but couldn't fix the facing around them because it was torn up. I texted a pic to the rep I talked to before, but they haven't responded. It's been 3 weeks and no one has talked to me about my windows or my $500 deposit. I called today and talked to ***, but they put me on hold and then hung up. I can't get in touch with Window World to fix this.
