I used Window World twice and will use them again. The boss lady, Meredith, does everything to make sure we're happy. They care about doing good work. The guy who put in the windows, Dennis, was real good at his job. He finished fast and they look great.

This compny offers a product geared towrd modern living, sold and installed by a team that believes in old-fashioned integrity. Wev used them on three houses so far, and see no need to call anyone else. They stand by their warranty and are commited to customer satisfaction. Theyve even upgraded their product line to offer products for almost any budget or lifestyle. Have recommended to family and friends many times.

Window World was amazing from start to finish. The sales guy was great at showing us our options, prices up front, no hidden costs. The customer service team kept us in the loop on delivery of windows and then arranged the install day. They also called the day ahead to narrow down your install time. Our installer, Dennis, called that morning to let us know what time he would be here. Very professional. Cleaned up everything. Showed us how to use the windows and clean them and explained the wonderful warranty. Day after install. again the customer service rep called to check on us. Seriously the best experience! And who knew windows could make such a difference to our living room and bedroom. They are beautiful and let so much natural light into our house. Thank you!

We Received several bids on replacing windows for our home. The sales rep for WIndow World explained the entire process had quoted us a price well below several big name window companies. So glad we chose WW, the windows are great!

Promptly called after request. Salesman was very informative and asked the right questions for intent of the house, flip or live in. Windows came in ahead of time and crew was awesome to work with. Did great job and cleaned up after and left no mess.

The craftsmanship of the installers is professional and great. Window World windows are the best I have found and at a great price. Everyone from the installers up through the top staff are willing to assist in any way and accommodate. Excellent company.

Very good pricing. Install crew showed up exactly when they said they would. Polite, professional, and if i had a single question they stopped and answered it immediately. Would suggest them for any window job. TJ and his crew were very quick and cleaned everything with no complaints.

We were a little worried about us living in a early 1900s block house and how difficult the process may be but Window World came and installed our 6 new windows in just over 3 hours. The two men installing the windows not only cleaned up what little mess they created but also cleaned more than what they needed to. Our windows look great and we can already feel a difference on room temperature. We cannot wait to finish the other 5 windows in our house next year!

I bought some windows from Window World on September 9 and paid $5832 upfront. On March 26, 2022, they came to install the 18 windows. The team was professional and quick, but three windows were not measured correctly. They found out after removing two old windows, so they had to reinstall them, and it looks terrible. The sales manager said the replacement windows would take months to arrive, but I never got an update after April 12, 2022. I want a credit for the inconvenience and the right windows installed. It's unacceptable how they left my home with the old windows reinstalled in a sloppy way.
