Window Medics review: Balcony door window

I have called Window Medics to come replace my balcony door window as it was shattered. Herves Joasil came by and took the window measurement and informed me that it would take about 10 days to have it replace. That was the end of july 2015. No contact from him since then until i started calling him to inquire about my order. He told me that he was waiting after the manufacture and he have no control on the timing of delivery. It took him until the end of september to deliver our product and when it came, the window don't even fit! Talk about competency...He told my husband that he took the "wrong" window and will be back with the right one. It's the manufacture's mistake apparently...After a few day of no contact from him, i called him and he informed me that he had placed a "rush" order which it will take another 2 weeks to have the correct window, it should be ready on October 9th. On October 8th, he calls me to say that it is not ready yet. When i ask what is the reason for the delay, he say that the manufacture is the one who control the date/time of delivery and he has no control over it same story i heard over and over again. I ask him what is the manufacture's name and he say "Mitten Building Product" and it is impossible for me as a consumer to inquire directly from them. Herves keeps telling lies after lies, how can a product that suppose to take 10 days to obtain is at it's 50 days... I ask to speak to someone above him and there is no one, Michael Joasil is the CEO but he cannot be reach. It is really frustrating. All i want is my deposit back as there is no service nor product delivered.
