Got windows put in my whole house by Window Concepts. One of them started leaking this spring 2020. I called them up to come check it out, but they told me to send pics instead. They said it wasn't the window or the install, but blamed the siding, said there was no tyvec wrap, and even blamed me for leaving the window open. They said they'd call me back in a FEW WEEKS to come look at it in person. I lost faith in Window Concept Inc. and called another company.

I bought a new patio door from Window Concepts, Inc. and it took a long time to get it. I ordered it in August and was told it would come in January, but it didn't come until late February. They canceled the installation because of COVID, but it took three weeks to finally get it installed. The door is nice, but I won't use this company again because they didn't communicate with me about the delays.

I found Window Concepts on Home Advisor and they called me back to set up an appointment for an estimate on siding. The appointment was set for Tuesday at 12 o'clock. The estimator came out and gave me a price that was way too high for my budget. He tried to push me to take the job, but I couldn't afford it. He got upset and complained that he drove all the way out to my house for nothing. It was a free estimate, but I'm sorry that his price was not within my budget. He acted very unprofessional.

TO WINDOW CONCEPTS. AFTER THAT, BRIAN MURPHY CALLED ME AND SAID HE WOULD COME TO THE HOUSE. HE CAME AND LOOKED AT THE WINDOW AND AGREED TO REPLACE IT. THE NEW WINDOW WAS INSTALLED AND IT HAS BEEN WORKING FINE. I APPRECIATE THE FACT THAT THEY TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM, BUT IT TOOK A WHILE TO GET IT RESOLVED. OVERALL, I WOULD RECOMMEND WINDOW CONCEPTS FOR THEIR PRODUCTS AND INSTALLATION, BUT BE AWARE THAT IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES, IT MAY TAKE SOME TIME TO GET THEM RESOLVED.
