I was told to do a "CREDIT CHECK" to get the best price so I DID ! worst mistake ever ! They shotgun your credit and it takes a big HIT so big in fact that you can't go to another place ! NOW YOU ARE TRAPPED ! NEXT IS at another dealership the exact same Truck is $5000 cheaper but guess what you can't get it cause TIM Said SO! Be careful they will FIX YOU and RIP YOU OFF!

This car place did a credit check on me without asking first (I was gonna help someone get a truck loan and they knew my name and bday). This messed up my credit score bad. It's against the law to do a credit check without asking. They only did it so they could sell a car. It took forever to fix my credit with equifax and I still see Willowbrook *** on my credit report. My credit was so messed up I couldn't even get a home loan.

I just bought a car from Willowbrook Motors Ltd. It had 20,000kms on it. When I traded in my old car, the manager said he wouldn't sell it because it was in an accident and not a 5-star car anymore. But now it's for sale on their lot. I drove my new car to Van Island and found out that gas leaks out of it because the gas tank is warped around the fuel pump. I filled the tank and lost about $5 worth of gas on the ground. Now it's day 4 and my car is at another local dealer getting a new fuel tank. Don't go to Willowbrook Motors Ltd. unless you like being lied to and fixing your car. I talked to my salesman and the manager, but they told me to be thankful it has a warranty.

I gave Willowbrook Motors LTD $1000 on November 7th, 2022 to buy a car. But on November 8th, 2022, I told an employee that I didn't want to buy the car anymore and asked for my money back. They said they could give it back to me easily, but after waiting for a few days, I had to call them myself. They said they had a problem with their refund process and would have to send me a check. They said they would call me to let me know when they sent the check for $1000, but it's been over two weeks and I haven't heard anything from them or Roger, the employee who said he would call me.

I got a 2016 *** from this place on November 7th. When I left, I saw that the heat didn't work on the passenger side. Geoff (sales) said they had to fix it and had me bring it back for service. But, they gave it back to me 4 times in the last 2 months and every time they said the heat was fixed, but it only works sometimes. They don't help at all. They never call when they say they will. I had to ask for my service record 3 times before I got it. I asked to talk to upper management, but they never did. ***, but they don't care about my problem. They don't seem to care how much stress and frustration this has caused me. Geoff (sales) even said to me "***, even when your mad, its fun when you come into the dealership. Youre fun to deal with". They think my frustration is funny. I don't recommend them at all. I'm stuck with a car that doesn't work for the next 5 years.
