Williamsburg Housing Preservation LP review: People being kicked out of their apartments for smaller ones

Hello, I want to file a complaint about the Williamsburg Housing Preservation L P who owns one of the NYCHA 130 Clymer St building in Brooklyn, NY.
Since they took over the building I have received a letter saying I must move to a smaller apartment in the same building. If I don't do that they will either kick me out or I will have to pay over $2, 000+ in rent. I'm in SSA where will I get the money for that amount of rent? This apartment used to belong to my husbands family. It's just me an my daughter, but they want to move us to a a one bedroom apartment. My daughter needs her own room because she is sick with cancer, but why would this new company care about that. This new company wants to kick people out and put in the kind of people that suit them.
