This amount is current as of 01/17/2012.
Danan JC Smith hides all his assets so that the California Child Support Services cannot collect any. His California Driver’s License has been suspended and bank accounts have been levied. He cannot file income taxes because any refunds will be intercepted by the CCSS. Danan’s father, Kevin Jones of Sacramento, helps him do so by putting all of Danan’s properties and assets in his name. He also hides his money in his corporation, Wild Rose Racing L.L.C..

He is known in the auto racing industry for his short drifting career and was featured in the reality show “SETUP” on the Speed Chanel. He is also an avid fisherman, having stared in “Totally Hooked” yet another reality show that aired on ESPN.

Danan Smith has not voluntarily made a single child support payment or contribution of any kind for his son since he walked away from his 5 month pregnant fiancé withoutwarningg or even an explanation. . He has not once attempted to meet his son. No birthday wishes, Christmas presents or even the slightest acknowledgement of His sweet little existence.

He cannot have a bank account without his assets being levied. Danan Smith refuses to get a real job because his wages will be garnished. Danan Smith cannot leave the country using his real passport (unless he swims lol) Danan Smith would rather live a life running, hiding and lying to himself and everyone else (except his father who is aiding him in evading his responsibilities) than come forward and admit that he is adouchebagg deadbeat of a man who willingly abandoned his own flesh and blood.
Danan Smith had his bank accounts levied again this month and for the first time called child support services. But not in an attempt to settle this matter, he actualy had the nerve to call in an attempt to dispute the levy for his unpaid child support. Danan should consider selling some of his expensive watches, cars or other prized possessions that he accumulated while married to the girl named in the above comment (yes, same danan) and come to terms with the fact that he is not a gangster, top model or secret armed forces agent.. Now hes just a pathetic, fat, old washed up deadbeat who makes real men look bad. Danan Smith has reportedly relocated back the Santa Monica or Los Angeles area. Karma will catch up with him.
