I have been receiving multiple recorded calls from this company regarding my ***. Apparently collect overdue tickets, but it seems *** - why wouldn't they call him directly? He has his own car insurance account and my phone number would be in no way connected to it. Also why wouldn't the city (who would have issues the so called 'ticket') call to collect.

Their attitudes were unacceptable and unprofessional. They even *** me. They indicated that I parked at *** and walked away two years ago. *** issued a ticket which I never received or known. I wasn't at *** in Richmond on that day therefore I can't walk away from a parking lot. Furthermore, *** is not patrolled by ***, is by ***. I need this company to stop *** me. Their employees need to trained better and correct their attitudes when on a phone with a customer. They were very rude.

I don't know any *** texted back that they had wrong number . have blocked number but still get automated voice mail to push a number if *** can or cannot come to the phone . That is how scams run to allow them to steal your info on your phone will not push any number . just want them to stop calling and find ***s real number.

I have been getting calls everyday, multiple times a day, sometimes from the main number but also from various other numbers. They leave an automated voice message for a ***. I even got a text message now. I called to get them to remove my number, was on hold for 15 min and could not get through. I emailed customer service to say I'm not *** and don't know anybody by that name - no answer. I am sick of deleting multiple voice messages meant for somebody else everyday, and not being able to reach real person to take my number off your list.

I have been receiving phone calls/voicemails and messages from different phone numbers either with a Vancouver area code or an Ontario area code stating there's an urgent matter requiring the attention of a man whom I am not. Any time I answer the phone, it hangs up after a few seconds and a voicemail saying the same thing is left on my answering machine. I assumed they had made a mistake after the first call and it was meant for another number, however, I continued receiving voicemails and even text messages there after. After looking into this company, it seems many people have had issues regarding scams and price gauging so I had no interest dealing with the company personally.

Wiggins Adjustments has been calling me every 48hrs, sometimes on Sunday evenings, using an automated service for over six months. Their number comes up as ***. Every time I answer, I am given an automated message. Given the amount of *** calls in today's world, I decided to wait for a real person to call me if it was serious. Reviews online suggest the same. I finally took the time to call them, and was followed up with a forced request to pay $300+ on an driving violation done in 2015 in Italy, or almost 6 years ago. I didn't even know what they were talking about. They suggested I received multiple letters in the mail, and so far they've only been able to prove one letter (which I never received). Also the statute of limitation in Italy suggests that driving violations are nullified after 5yrs from the date of the violation. This has been an agonizing experience, flat out *** by their phone bots. The number of calls, the false allegations, the attempt to collect on a supposed infraction from 6 years ago seems borderline ***.

I have received a collection letter from said business - in regards to a suggested parking violation
I have received a collection letter from said business - in regards to a suggested parking violation. I have tried several times to settle with the original business and was declined without reasonable explanation. Once fine was received I contacted issuer. My requests to pay a reasonable amount (match local parking fees) was in appeal, during the process I was advised that although the appeal process wasn't completed the fine was now doubled. I have requested on several accounts proof and full disclosure of all evidence suggested infraction and was told they do not need to provide anything. I was then sent further notice that the fine has now tripled without clear explanation or expectation. Today I tried to call the said business. On first call I inquired as to the next steps - call taker advised "further collection attempts... we are not able to settle" and then hung up the phone. I made a second call on same day. I made the same requests for further information of how to proceed further in resolving the issue and again requested full disclosure/evidence. Call taker became extremely irate and made claims "if you don't pay we will tow your vehicle... we don't have to provide any proof... this will effect your credit rating". Further to note the call taker made a false claim that I attempted to settle the day before, which I did not. Then said "make up your mind pay or don't" The letter that was sent to me from said business made three claims. "Previous efforts to effect payment" "validation notice sent upon assessment, follow up collection letter, various number of phone calls with no response." These are all inaccurate and false. None of these actions have taken place. I have made several requests with both business to find a fair agreement. - although I believe I was not in a parking violation under the posted guidelines. The two business involved have tried to *** me into making a large payment on an accused offence in which there is no shown clear evidence or evidence brought forward. My requests for evidence should be looked at as reasonable, further more while I was in appeal process for my fines to double without an appeal decision should be looked at as unfair due process, with no attempt to settle on a reasonable amount without fair negotiations has been one-sided the business involved have not openly accepted a rebuttal on the matter and used scare tactics in attempt to obtain money has become stressful.
