Wheel Pros Don't buy from this store!

Don't buy from this store! I bought a Roof box last month and has not receive the product, i tried to cancel and they are giving me a run around. The product is not coming in til October. They told me i was notified that the product was arriving late but they never did that nit an email nor a phone call! I advise to stay away from this store!

Wheel Pros I am so disappointed and discourage about the order process of this store

I am so disappointed and discourage about the order process of this store. I have always purchase from many places and my buys come in a timely manner. We called and purchased a rooftop tent from this store because they carry the tent i wanted. At the time of purchase they advised me that the tent was available in jacksonville and was going to be delivered same week. I put the order in on Tuesday and not only put the order in but paid the amount in full. I called Thursday to check the status of the tent they told me it was going to arrive Friday. I called back today to check the status. Now the story is very different. They are telling me that the tent is not coming from jacksonville but california and it won't get here until next week on possibly Tuesday, Wedsnday or even Thursday. No specific day. I asked how come if at the time of purchase it was said to me that jacksonville warehouse was the location of the tent. Gentleman said most of been right at check out it was sold. This makes absolutely no sense. If this would of been told to me I would of purchase my tent else where because I have a huge camping trip this weekend and now have no tent. Makes me want to cancel the order and ask for my money back. What a disappointment. Communication has been very unclear and not accurate. For sure I will never purchase absolutely nothing from this place ever again and will advice all my friends and forums and groups I am part of to stay clear.

Wheel Pros Ordered a part that was in Stock

Ordered a part that was in Stock. Seller then sold the item was backordered till March, then to April and now has stopped responding to emails and or communication about my order status. Invoice # [insert invoice number]. They have had my money for this order SINCE DECEMBER! I want my item.

Wheel Pros Purchased a front bumper and high clearance wings from them that they manufacture for a certain amount of dollars

Purchased a front bumper and high clearance wings from them that they manufacture for a certain amount of dollars. One side is completely out of whack compared to the other... I took photos and tried twice to contact customer service including emails to fix the issue. 2 weeks now and no response from them. I left a review on their website and instead of fixing the issue they just took the review down.

Wheel Pros I need help resolving an order fulfillment issue with 4Wheel Parts located in [insert location]

I need help resolving an order fulfillment issue with 4Wheel Parts located in [insert location]. I placed an order with them in good faith on [insert date] and received order confirmation at [insert time] PM CT. They billed my bank account for the purchase two days later. According to their order tracking information on their website this order has still not shipped and they won't reply to my email inquiries. I want to know if they have the parts or not. If they do, please provide a ship date and tracking information. If they do not, I want a prompt reversal of these charges so I can find the parts with a company that is responsive and able to reasonably conduct commerce.

Wheel Pros I called 4 Wheel Parts ("4WP") to see if they would install a bumper that I purchased directly from the manufacturer

I called 4 Wheel Parts ("4WP") to see if they would install a bumper that I purchased directly from the manufacturer. The bumpers are made to order. I was told twice this would not be an issue and I could have the large bumper shipped directly to their store. When the bumper was ready to be delivered I called 4WP to schedule the bumper delivery. Then I was told they would not install it or accept delivery. I would have never ordered the bumper if I knew they would not install it. I don't know if this was a recent policy change or I was lied to from the beginning. Either way, they should honor their commitment. I did buy the lights that go with the bumper from 4WP and I have bought 2 sets of tires from them in the past.

Wheel Pros I ordered a product from this company at the start of the year

I ordered a product from this company at the start of the year. Even though the website said they had the product in stock I understood when it took a while since there are so many supply chain issues. I've contacted them multiple times. On May 13th they emailed me saying that the product was shipped to their distribution center and that they would ship it to me by the end of the week. I've followed up with the company four separate times (May 27, June 3, June 7, June 10) and they have not responded to any of my inquiries. When I call their customer support number I am in a queue where I am told I am 19th in line and am on hold for up to two hours. I've called three times and have been unable to speak with anyone. At this point I feel like they have defrauded me out of my money and would like to resolve the situation.

Wheel Pros The date of my transaction was 02/09/2022

The date of my transaction was 02/09/2022. I purchased a part for my truck. I received the part and it was the wrong part. I immediately boxed it back up and called 4 Wheel Parts. The man I spoke with (John Smith) immediately emailed me a Return Goods Authorization and told me to mail the part back to Coppell, TX, along with the completed form for a full refund. On February 18, I returned the part along with the completed Return Goods Authorization form. To this date I have never been refunded my money. I mailed the part back with tracking via USPS. The tracking number is [protected]. It shows this was delivered on 02/22/2022. My invoice number is #[protected]. The RMA # [protected]. I have called 4 times and spoke with a different person every time. They have all confirmed that the part was received back and they would contact returns to get me my money refunded. Each time they said it would take a couple of days. To date I have never had my money refunded.

Wheel Pros On March 23rd and 27th, I placed orders for two sets of light bar mounting brackets from Wheel Pros

On March 23rd and 27th, I placed orders for two sets of light bar mounting brackets from Wheel Pros. The brackets arrived fine, but did not fit my application. I followed the return policy listed on the Wheel Pros website and sent the parts back in their original condition and packaging unused to the closest store located near me per their instructions. Store # *** in Jacksonville, Florida XXXXX Wheel Pros XXXXX. My return was shipped by USPS, tracking number: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX on 4/20/22 and was received at this location on 4/25/22. On May 5th, I reached out to them through their website's contact us as I had not received a refund or any communication from them. I included both order numbers and dates. I received a response from a customer service representative asking for a tracking number. I immediately responded with the tracking number provided above. This was the last time I received any correspondence from Wheel Pros. I have emailed and attempted to call several times and have gotten no response. I still have not been refunded for my returned purchases totaling $61.43.

Wheel Pros Bought and paid for expedited shipping on a product to get to Anchorage ASAP

Bought and paid for expedited shipping on a product to get to Anchorage ASAP. Received wrong item and tried contacting business for about 3 weeks with no reply. Filed a dispute with Bank, and 4WP (company) finally contacted me after. At first they said to ship it back but I did not feel like I have to pay shipping for an item that I did not order as it was not my fault. Took them another few weeks to reply back to me. Bank pulled the credit back because the company said that I haven't returned item. Company finally contacted me back and eventually emailed me a return label. I returned the item and tracking shows they've received the item. Item was purchased beginning of Oct. And they received the item mid Dec. Contacted them again and after a few weeks they emailed me back saying they've issued the refund. Contacted my bank and they said to wait. Waited about 2 weeks and nothing. Bank says they can't help anymore. Tried contacting the company again and still nothing. Now I am out of the item and out of the money. I have documentation to show everything. I have given them the benefit of the doubt with Covid happening but at this point I just feel like I've been stolen from and I can't even contact them.

Wheel Pros Purchased a suspension kit and wheels with a 3 year/36k warranty (warranty was an extra $285)

Purchased a suspension kit and wheels with a 3 year/36k warranty (warranty was an extra $285). Total price was about $***. Vehicle had terrible noise coming from front of truck upon picking up. Had to set up an appointment to return vehicle. After troubleshooting, it was determined the brand-new front strut was bad. Was informed it would be replaced under warranty, which should have gone without saying I would think. Parts were ordered that day, delivered the following week, but could not be located inside the store for 3 more weeks. Once work was completed I picked up my truck and was charged an additional $175.60 for "using up" my warranty and needing another one in order to continue being covered for the replacement parts. Debated in the store and got nowhere. Spent 2hr 40mins on phone with customer service/warranty department. After 4 mins of an actual conversation and him referring to his manager 3 times, they could not determine why I was being charged. Was told I was being transferred to a "warranty specialist". I was transferred back to the original call center that I had just waited over 2.5 hours to speak with someone who was not a warranty specialist. I also made it clear that I wanted my stock suspension returned from original work, being that this is a brand new 21' RAM 1500. Parts were not with vehicle and a note was made that I did not want them, had to park in front of bay and retrieve them from inside shop myself. I also asked if rough country has a warranty for their equipment during the replacement of the struts as I was trying to justify the extra warranty charge and the response, "You can deal with them if you want" I do not have a problem with the work that was done, just everything else that came with it. Wheel Pros Placed order for a car top carrier on 3/24/

Placed order for a car top carrier on 3/24/. Was told the order could be fulfilled in 4-6wks. by Sales representative. I got order update on 4/8 stating the need to setup a delivery date & time & did for 4/12 someone had to be home to accept. R&L Carrier(4WP ship.) missed the 12th & rescheduled for 4/13 they missed that, & rescheduled for 4/20 & missed that time later posted to tracker item was delivered(it was not). Tired of the run around because 3 delivery date missed. I called R+L Carrier directly spoke w/ representative @ (XXX) XXX-XXXX ) per representative at RLC the last scan was in Portland & the item was not delivered & actually were unsure where the pkg. was after a dock check. she was unsure if they could meet the latest delivery date. I tried calling customer service which was virtually impossible to get through too so I contacted sales representative at 4WP & he escalated to supervisor for a call back & I never received anything. I contacted representative again at RLC & told her don't worry about expediting or anything further I was in the process (on hold w/ customer serv. for 1h 34m)to cancel the order. She stated she would send an email confirming to 4WP the product was NEVER delivered. I finally spoke to 4WP cust.service on phone she place me on hold & called RLC to verify that the item was NEVER delivered. She then me she'd email me documentation for my full refund & submit to billing for full refund. I never received anything. So I verified through cust.support email with customer support representative that the order was confirmed canceled & would receive a refund. Customer support representative confirmed, but stated I would have to wait for an internal transfer & item received back to warehouse before they will release my refund. I attempted multiple emails to find out my refund status & continually told I'd have to wait till it's returned before I'm refunded I asked for someone to explain how an item I never received that stayed internal was to affect my refund & no answers received yet. Just want my refund.
