I bought a 50 dollar gold thingy from Westminster Mint. Waited a long time, but it never came. Tried to buy again but they said my card was no good and they wanted me to wire them money. I wasn't that stupid. So, I talked to my credit card people and they told me to cancel the card and get a new one. They also said not sending any money was a smart move. Westminster Mint tried to charge me extra fees and make me buy more stuff too. Their ads are total lies. I was really scared they would steal my info. I only gave them 1 star because I couldn't give them less. No way will I buy from them again.

So, I done ordered six 2021 Morgan silver dollars from Westminster Mint on March 15, 2022. Today is April 25, and I ain't got no delivery nor got any updates (other than the receipt via email). I called up and talked to a fella on April 10 and again today but both times they's like "we're waiting on the product, but new system is causing shipping delays". The gal said it should take about two weeks to ship out but it's been over six weeks and I don't know when it's gonna be shipped. Both times they said someone will get back to me but no one did. This is my first time ordering from Westminster Mint, and I reckon I got scammed.

I just bought a gold coin from Westminster Mint, Inc. after getting a brochure. The sales guy was pushy and tried to sell me pricy collectables, but I only wanted a regular coin. I didn't get any confirmation email or anything, but I got charged on my card from someone weird. I called a bunch of times but no one picked up. Finally, I got a hold of someone in their Wayzata office who was nice and gave me a tracking number. They just spelled my email wrong, not cool. The company didn't answer the phone, so they need to fix their customer service. I'm only sticking with them this one time, they better answer their phone.

Dustin from Westminster Mint was dope, like one of the best sales guys I've dealt with in years. I've been seeing their ads for a minute now, while I'm checking on my 401k and watching Fox Biz, and they keep it real. But Dustin took it to the next level by hooking me up even after business hours. Then I woke up the next day and decided to donate my cash to help out some homies in Ukraine who're struggling, so I hit up Dustin to let him know I couldn't take them up on their sick offer. Dude was cool about it though. I've worked with a bunch of peeps over the years, from my time in the military to running my own biz, so I know a solid player like Dustin when I see one. Westminster Mint kills it all around, with tight products and other pros too. Keep doin' your thang and don't forget to reach for the top! Like I told Dustin, there's more than one way to float! I've got some experience with Westminster Mint, had 4 orders placed. The first three went perfectly well. But the one I put in on January 24th is still missing. Didn't get any heads up from Westminster Mint about the holdup. Tried to reach them through their "Contact Us" thingy a couple of times without getting any answers. A decade ago I phoned their customer service line, and they said that they sent my order over to the South Carolinas before getting it back to me. Not certain why I still have no idea where my order is. I've had some pretty good times with Westminster Mint, don't get me wrong, but this situation with my latest order is causing me to consider taking my business elsewhere. It's like I'm accountable for their screw-ups, and they don't care about their customers. Hopefully, I will get my order at some point. Westminster Mint might not realize it, but other businesses have other choices, and they might be able to find the same goods with better customer care.

Bought an American Silver Eagle Set [protected] PCGS MS70 of an Ad. The Sales Rep was helpful and confirmed the order. Received in 6 days. Will do business again.

Called, talked to two people. Both said they would honor price. Never called back. Still waiting. Not a good company to do business with. Not customer friendly. Bottom line is all their worried about. Remember Enron? Lost me and everyone I know as a customer.

It has been 5+ weeks since I ordered 3 sets of the "Famous Four"...when I finally got hold of them (4 weeks later) they said they had changed my order to 1 set of 5 silver coins...I write this 1+ week later because I have no coins, no shipping, no contact, and no more patience. I will cancel my order and tell everyone I know not to buy anything from this company.

Tried to order two Famous Four silver coin sets advertised in the DMN paper for $99. Telephone number listed in paper. Agent on the phone would not talk to me about this offer. Instead immediately began pushing alternative investments. Hung up saying someone else would call me back in a few minutes. Have not heard back. This looks like a BAIT and SWITCH program. Sid P.

I am a first-time customer of Westminster mint. I ordered 33 ounces of 1 oz silver bullion bars, they arrived within the 15 days that they said they would be here. That is with the fact that they had a one to three day delay because of the recent demand. The silver was as advertised and delivery was prompt. I am 100% a real customer and in no way have been prompted to give this review.

I had a great experience with Mike. He spent about an hour on the initial call with me answering all of my questions. When I had a concern (after reading negative reviews), he spent all of the time necessary to put me at ease. He followed through with a tracking number, so I was able to watch the package through delivery. Mike was very knowledgeable and great to deal with. I will call Westminster Mint the next time I want to purchase!

SINCE MAY I HAVE PLACED 9 ORDERS FOR NUMISMATIC GRADE COINS, BULLION COINS AND RESERVE NOTES TO THE TUNE OF NEARLY $40K. 99% OF ALL OF THE ITEMS I HAVE PURCHASED HAVE INCREASED CONSIDERABLY IN VALUE BECAUSE OF THEIR DUE DILIGENCE IN VERIFYING GRADING CORRECTNESS, ( I HAD SOME INDEPENDENTLY VERIFIED ), AND SELLING THE ITEMS AT FMV. I HAVE ONLY DEALT WITH KALIN ON ALL OF MY TRANSACTIONS, AND I CAN TELL YOU, HE IS NOT ONLY PROFESSIONAL, HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGABLE, BUT ALSO HAS A KEEN WIT. ALSO, HE HAS NEVER USED ANY STRONG-ARMED SALES TECHNIQUES. HE JUST LETS ME KNOW WHAT'S AVAILABLE AND HOW MUCH. I HAD ONE NEGATIVE ENCOUNTER WHEN I CALLED A DIFFERENT NUMBER AND KALIN WENT TO THE EXTREME TO ATTEMPT TO IDENTIFY THE INDIVIDUAL. I HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH NOT ONLY THEIR PRODUCTS, BUT PRIMARILY THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, WHICH ARE SADLY LACKING ACROSS THIS COUNTRY. AND SO YOU KNOW, I AM NOT AN EMPLOYEE, BUT A REAL CUSTOMER.

DO NOT believe these 5 star reviews. Most if not all are fake. Notice that there are no 2,3 or 4 star reviews. They are all 1 star due to horrible customer service. These are from the legitimate customers like me. I had such pathetic service. Like the others I ordered one of the yearly $99 deals where you get your few ounces of silver close to spot. They immediately try to sell you overpriced graded numismatic coins to make large commissions. Once you tell them that you only want the $99 deal, their attitude changes immediately. I spoke with Emily and she pushed the $199 coin as well. When I said no thank you and that I just wanted to buy bullion coins and rounds, she said "WHY NOT"? I said I don't buy numismatic coins with the hope of it going up in value. Once I said that I was not interested, she changed her tone of the conversation, talked real fast and snickered and laughed at my response. I called her out on her recently changed attitude as she then said that she was now going to charge me tax on my order which I have never paid for in the past. I asked to speak to her manager who was not much help either. These people would go a long way if they would treat customers decent and maybe once in awhile, someone could be tricked into their higher priced "last time this will be available" coins. But let me be clear, these legitimate reviews are all one star. Read them all for yourself, including the 5 star reviews that Westminster put in themselves.

I placed an order for a coin that was advertised on March 12th. Despite being told it was in stock, I keep getting calls every other day saying they can't fulfill my order. I paid with my credit card which went through but I'm not happy with this company. If I cancel my order, they'll charge me 50 dollars.

I bought some 2020 National Treasures Collection (5 1oz. silver coins) from Westminster Mint on [protected] 'cause the ad I got in the mail was tempting. This guy named Ben kept trying to get me to purchase a 2020 silver eagle (MS-70) for $119.00, but I already told him many times that I only wanted the $99 set. But guess what? When my package came on 3/2, I got the dumb $119.00 coin that I didn't want and they just charged it on my credit card without my permission! I called 'em up and the dude who answered said I had to talk to Ben 'bout it. He even sent me to Ben's voicemail but he hasn't hit me back up yet. That ain't fair! I could've got that unwanted coin somewhere else for just $50.00, but I don't like graded coins so I wouldn't touch it with a ten foot pole. Westminster Mint shouldn't do this shady stuff to their customers.

Saw ad on TV from Westminster Mint, bought and paid for gold and silver (as advertised). Paid extra for fast shipping. Been a month since I paid in full, still no *** stuff. Sales rep *** doesn't call back. Other reps give no clear answers. Westminter *** Grade Precious Metals and their staff are not professional or helpful. Keep asking for shipping date or tracking number (none given). Won't trust this badly managed company with my money again. Be careful if you buy!
