I just finished my second project with Welter Construction this year. I talked to a few contractors, but I went with Welter Construction because they were the cheapest. Ethan ***, their project manager, did a great job on both projects. They were done on time and on budget, and the results were excellent. Good job!

We hired Welter Construction, LLC for a construction gig and paid a big deposit. However, they haven't finished the job yet. We've been trying to reach them for weeks, but they don't answer our calls. Although they seem nice and organized, they're not good at finishing the job. Their phone always goes to voicemail. So, be careful!

Terrible service. Not professional at all. The work done by the third party contractors was really bad and they were only paid $60 per square. They just wanted to finish the job quickly. They didn't even let me know when they were coming to work on my roof. They just showed up at 6:45 in the morning and started working. They did this on purpose because we had told them that my husband, who is a roofer, wanted to be there. The installation was done poorly and the inspection failed. But they keep calling me for payment.

They came to my neighborhood after a hail storm on June 2nd and said they saw hail damage. I hired them on June 30. They told my insurance company that the roof needed to be replaced and that the whole house needed to be resided due to a small area of hail damage that couldn't be matched. My insurance company said they only had to repair the damaged section. They started the job in November and finished in May or June , 12 months after I hired them. They left a big dumpster in my driveway from November until April . After they finished the roof, I found that they had broken a 4' section of siding and tried to put it back up without telling me. I told them about it and they said they would fix it. They found matching siding and came to fix it a few days ago, but it doesn't match. I'm not paying them until they reside my house to match the hail damage. The owner called me and demanded payment. He said he would send it to collections if I didn't pay by Friday.

I hired Welter Construction to make me a new garage back in September . They told me it would be done in 2 months, but now it's November and it's been 14 months and they still haven't finished it. I gave them $11,000.00 already. I tried calling Ethan ***, Project Manage at ***, Zach ***, Production Manager at ***, and Roger *** Owner at *** but they haven't gotten back to me.

I got a bone to pick with Welter Construction, LLC. This ain't my first rodeo with 'em. We had a beef with 'em before and we settled it with ComplaintsBoard.com in June . But they ain't done what they said they would do. We had hail damage and they fixed our roof in 2020, but they ain't done nothin' 'bout our gutters, siding, and whatnot. We paid 'em $4,930.74 to fix the damages that weren't roof-related, but they ain't done nothin'. We tried to reach out to 'em in different ways, but they either take a message or don't reply at all. I want my money back 'cause they don't seem to wanna do the job.

In June last year, we had some hail damage on our house. Rodger Welter, the owner of Welter Construction, LLC, called us up and offered to fix our roof and siding. We agreed and paid them for the work. They kept telling us they would come in "two weeks" three different times, but then they wouldn't return our calls or messages. Our insurance company reached out to them and they finally responded and finished our roof in September . They were trying to work with our insurance company to get more coverage for the siding, but we agreed that the insurance would only cover two sides of our house. We asked them to pick out the siding and fix it. From September to March , they wouldn't reply to our calls, texts, emails, or voicemails. I reached out to the insurance company again and in April , Welter finally set up an appointment to meet with us about the siding. But they were a no-call no-show on that day and they still haven't returned our messages. They got paid, but they didn't provide the service.
