I bought Easy Duplicate Finder from WebMinds and I haven't gotten any confirmation email or license key yet. I checked my PayPal and it says I bought it, so what's going on? I sent two support requests but haven't heard back yet. I did get a promotional email from them though, so they can definitely reach my inbox. I'm starting to wonder if this is a scam or if they just have really bad support. Maybe they have someone in an offshore support center who makes you wait a week or more before sending the key.

Update: I'm happy to report that my issue has been resolved through this site. I'm raising my rating from 2 to 3 stars.

I been waitin' for a refund from WebMinds since September. I found the program too hard to use so I asked 'em to cancel it and give me my money back on the same day I bought it. But all I got was a bunch of emails goin' back and forth askin' me why I wanted to cancel. I kept tellin' 'em to just cancel it, but they kept sayin' there would be a restockin' fee for the CD. But I never got no CD! I cancelled the order the same day I ordered it. Then they said I activated the program. Well, of course I did! I wanted to use it! But they could just deactivate the key. I already uninstalled the program. All I want is my $69.80 credited to my Paypal/Chase account. My advice? Don't do business with this company. They ain't worth the trouble!
