This company charged me for a second month and said I couldnt cancel because I didnt cancel ahead of time long enough then proceeded not to post month 2 even after texting and calling them multiple times. They also have terrible customer service and not very organized

Once you get a flow going with the team and type of content you want, the stuff they create with images and captions is incredible! The only critique I really have is that their response times are a bit slowbut quality of work and willingness to correct issues is there. Very fair pricing for what they offer!

Overall they are a amazing team to work with for creating content and posting. In the beginning I was hesitant because we have a certain look for our brand and I wasn't sure that they would be able to handle the magnitude. But I was impressed. And I almost forgot to mention the price and is amazing for what you get.

They are holding my brand hostage! they have access once you give it to them to all your social media accounts...lots of promises but too many hands in the pot make things almost impossible to stay on track. lots of time fixing their mistakes...also think very carefully before you allow your brand to be held by someone else-just simply stay away from them!

Have been using them for over a year for *** and they really take some time off of me while putting together a month full of posts for *** The only critique is that sometimes the content is a bit generic and would like them to use more of my own photos instead of stick, but overall I am satisfied with their work and its worth it for the price.

I wish I could write no stars.They charged me for post content, but they never posted anything on my page. They said they are running ads on FB and gave me an ad account number, I called FB the ad account number they gave me didn't have any ad running. *** { the silk tongue sales rep) told me to check FB ads library I did, Nothing was there. I reported them to my CC. They are a scam!

This company is a scam. I ordered services and set a call for onboarding. They didnt show to the call and then told me they were busy and would get to me eventually but no one ever called me. They just took my money and stopped responding. I have left several messages and text and no one ever got to me to setup my account and start the services. I had to dispute the charge with my cc company. Do not use this company.

I can't say enough about what they've done for me! Starting my business has been hectic and they have come through for me every time. When I had problems,they were always able to explain, as well as help me through any steps I didn't understand. When I needed corrections they have always been available to help. You won't get more postings,or better service! anywhere else. I look forward to many years with Web Dynamics.

Ordered the $70 monthly plan with 30 images created for my business and they were to post on my ***, *** and ***. They were weeks late, full of excuses. Then they posted only 4 photos to my *** and nothing more. I asked for a refund multiple times and they blocked me on ***. Ive Never been rude...I just want my money back. Their marketing photos are poor quality and they can't deliver as promised. Buyer beware.

Horrible service. Promises not kept, complete lack of concern for the client! I REALLY WANTED THIS TO WORK! I worked with them 5 days...no success! Most of their "tutorials" were completley unintelligible! Web Dynamics is a great tool to build your business and create that awareness you intend for your business to have. Theyve got a great team that can help you set up your account and link all your social media accounts for regular posts and ads. Their packages and pricing are very reasonable and you wont have to worry about getting a good return on your investment because team members work with you diligently to make your business shine out to the public.

As a digital marketer with a growing business it was time for me to outsource the basic content for myself and my clients. After researching a few companies I found Web Dynamics to be the perfect fit. Now I can let web dynamics do the boring image posts while I concentrate on the more complex video content that everyone is begging for. The content they produce is quality and unique to each brand I manage. The price is fantastic. I wouldnt trust my brands and the brands of my clients with them if it wasnt worth the value they provide.

WebDynamics has leveraged me with their posting and I can add my own posts as well. I am seeing that they are filling my calender for me with posts. They will need direction as to what your expectations are and they will work to improve what they are doing if you are not satisified they switch you to a different graphics creator. The Graphics are Canva quality and it does save me alot of time.The price is worth it! Check to make sure the spelling is correct at times and you can post your comments if corrections need to be addressed inside the WebDynamics Account.

We have a complicated brand so there have been some initial training issues that seem to have been resolved. "Most" new batches of posts are good quality with good graphics, text, and tags. When a post needs an edit, they are fairly quick to get those done and sent back over for final review. Overall, a good experience. The content and posting have been of good quality. The review process works well so that once all posts are reviewed and approved they get scheduled for posting. We started with their basic *** program and have recently expanded to use their *** Ad program (which is still being implemented).

Web dynamics is one of the worst marketing companies I have every deal with they keep charging my card every month and I had to have them blocked and they refuse to refund me they created my post and never posted it on all 3 of my social media platforms and I had to schedule the post myself and when k Tried calling them all their numbers where disconnected and they claim I gave them the wrong number mean while Ive been in communication with one guy thru text they kept calling me days Im a row begging me to give them another chance after a million times of saying no and I had to be mean with the last person because they dont understand what no means after they kept charging my card I have never heard from them just like when I paid my money and didnt hear from them for almost 2 months so I had to learn how to schedule my own post

Pretty disappointed with this company. During the sales call and onboarding call they were fantastic. The content/creative/captions they had shown during the onboarding as samples of their work was outstanding. What I received for the first batch was atrocious. Looked like something an 8-year-old would do. We are a wine tour company and the main goal was to show people having fun while on tour. I have specific brand colours, and actually provided them with templates to be used. I hired them as only really needed help with consistency of posting, and just didn't have time to do it myself. The creative had lines going through people's faces, they used some really strange cartoon type graphics, and overall it was just really poor. They said they would revise content, make it right, and we would be good. Told them to cancel. They agreed to refund the money, it's been 2.5 months and still no refund. STAY AWAY!

I joined this marketing agency on 10/25 to get help with my biz by getting content created and posted to my account every other day. I paid $75 for the subscription. After signing up, I had to fill out three sheets about my biz and give them access to all my social media platforms to post content. I gave the onboarding person, Rasheed, my *** account more than once because I was told that some of my info was removed from my account. I found out from *** that I was removed as the administrator of my *** account and told the *** that. He said he would fix it but never did. I called the company and spoke with a rep who told me to do something with my account, but I found out someone purposely removed me as the administrator. They offered to create another page and run a campaign for my *** page, but I don't trust them after that situation. My regular *** account was locked by *** due to unusual activity, but I still can't get into my *** business page because I'm no longer the administrator. I asked for a refund of my money, but they keep giving me the runaround or offering me something I don't want. It's been a week, and I haven't heard anything back. All I want is my $75 back. They never did any services for me.
