I joined the group and saw many buyers pleading for answers. They all wanted to know where their products were and why it was taking so long for the company to ship them. Most of the posts were about how difficult his life was and how he was unable to cope with running his business. He even said that he thought about giving away everything he owned and killing himself! Can you believe it? The dude is an unstable drug addict and that explains why he runs his business so poorly. The Facebook group seemed to be full of cult members who kept praising him and his long shipping times. I don’t know what all these people were smoking, but the Kool-Aid was all over that group.

After all the unresponsiveness, by December 20th, I had made several emails, comments, and messages with no responses. Finally, on December 23rd, the owner started making posts about how people were asking for refunds and how it was charging him fees. He then said that he wanted to give away everything in his business and kill himself. Can you even imagine that?

The experience was so bad that I had to buy other presents to gift my siblings. I even got banned from the Facebook group, and only managed to get my refund through my card. So for anyone looking for entertainment, I recommend you look up the group Wazshoppers on Facebook. And to the owner of Waz Shop, get your act together and start responding to your customers. Don’t ruin Christmas for people!

I sent them emails and messages on social media, but they didn't bother to reply. Now, the issue is that I've been waiting for my order for days, and the post office hasn't even received it yet. They created a shipping ID, but the label was just for first-class mail which takes just as long as standard shipping.

I understand that it's not a big company, but if they're charging extra for express delivery, they better deliver on their promise. It's not fair to charge customers extra money and then not follow through. I have two orders that should have been delivered yesterday if they had shipped them express.

Every time I reached out to them, they kept insisting that they could resend my package, but this time, I had to pay $7 for shipping.

Later on, they raised the shipping cost to $8, covering their claim that the initial shipping was my mistake, which I know it wasn't. Waz shop's incompetence had begun to irritate me now as I simply desired to have my money refunded to my card account without any further complications or inconvenience.

At this point, the level of unprofessionalism from the Waz shop had become too much for me, and I no longer wanted to do any business with them. It was my choice to take my business elsewhere, where I would be treated with respect and professionalism. All I wanted was my money back for a product that I didn't receive, nor my daughter ever laid hands on.

Despite the issues I faced with Waz shop, I still believe in giving second chances. However, I will proceed with caution in the future and advise others to weigh their options carefully before deciding to shop at Wazshop.co.
