This is in regards to a complaint I filed on 5/12/2022 I have been told by 2 family members that your employees are telling them I was shop lifting at your store which is a BLATANT LIE! This is ridiculous and wrong if this continues I will have no choice but to take you to court you need to take care of this situation this is very unprofessional and just wrong!

I ordered two western omelet made to order bagel sandwiches. One on an everything bagel. I got two plain bagels, neither had a western omelet. I think we only got half of the pre made egg omelet, one slice of cheese and a little bit of bacon. Our sandwiches looked nothing like the picture ordering. Wawa should be ashamed of the quality of food they served...

Wawa Did not accumulate rewards

I visited Wawa in Rahway, NJ on St Georges Ave on 5/13/22 at approximately 3pm. I purchased a Mint Macha Tea, a large Mac and Cheese, bag of potato chips and a bottle of water. Cashier rang it up, but she did not scan my rewards card "first", so none of my points were added. Can you please help, I love getting Wawa rewards.

Wawa Customer service

I have been a customer at wawa in north east since day 1 I go multiple times a day but I WILL NOT step foot in one again,I was there the other day as usual I had paid for my ice coffee and hash brown went to pick up my coffee and the frozen slush caught my eye,so I grabbed one also decided to buy my coworker a breakfast sandwich I grabbed one set my drink carrier on the counter seen my nephew walking in went to give him a hug and VERY rudely and loud your I believe manager states "are you gonna pay for that" I was dumbfounded and of course said yes he proceeds to announce to 2 other employees to watch me and make sure I pay for my frozen drink which I did I have NEVER stolen anything in my life and to be disrespected this way was unacceptable but he still wasn't done he had yet another employee basically follow me and write down my co-workers license plate why I ask? The situation was handled very unprofessional and you have lost not 1 but 12 loyal customers for my co-worker,her family and mine will never go in wawa again,...

Wawa Very unhappy and dissatisfied with fraudulent activity and app and cc fraud

Not happy with customer service due to not compensating me to the inductor rate and being threatened that I have no choice to take the card or hurt my credit better not stop because I never got this card called before and was thrown off I called again and told I was gonna get hit with a low credit score credit is important to me and this is fraudulent please fix it or give me the rate I got when I ordered it looks like total fraud if it is not fixed I will report to BBB and I see you all have had problems with this before how can this be fixed I never received this card and was only getting it because of introductory rate and I want it off my credit report as fraud. 45 cents off a gallon for a month look card was bevr received or activated why? Gimmick, I say I need corporate to call me asap, [protected]. I spend a hundred there Victoria Montanez

And also I guess my business is not needed please advise asap, btw the app is never working and I never get to redeem my free stuff please correct this I'm super unhappy and my kids love this place but I will not be dealing with fraud at all not tolerated and a lawsuit will come

Wawa Food service

I went into the store located on 6450 Gall Blvd, Zephyrhills, FL 33542 on Friday April 22nd 2022 around 5 pm to get food I waited almost 15 minutes only 2 food workers and they were getting all door dash or online orders making us walkin's wait. I asked the worker young black girl where I was inline on my number for the order said I was coming up the other girl commented we're short staffed you will have to wait. I then heard the young black girl make comment of I don't care if she doesn't like it. I then decided I wanted my money back and called her on her comment went to the register to get refunded and told the girl working who claimed she was a manager I doubt it did nothing about how they were talking to customers but gave me my refund in fact I look over and saw the black girl still talking about me to her coworker as well as other customers

Desired outcome: totally unprofessional the girl working needs to be written up for the behavior I will now not go during dinner because of her and the long wait is unfair to those of us walk in to order

This is happening all the time. I get to the register, rewards not scanning then the employee says, sorry there is nothing that could be done. Also the app keeps having glitches! I spend approx. $150 a week. I would hope to get some customer service. The manager from store 2485, in New Jersey, are just as rude as the cashiers. Its okay, quick check just gained another customer.

Wawa Rewards coupon and the wawa app.

On Apr 4,2022 at 3:15 PM I placed an order on the app for an iced coffee and a iced latte. I had a reward that said "Free latte any size hot or iced". When I got to the register I was having a hard time bringing up the reward. Finally got the reward up and it was scanned. When she told me the total of my bill I was surprised and questioned the reward. I should have gotten $3.89 (price of latte) taken off my bill instead of only $2.00 (price of coffee). I consider that false advertising. Your WaWa app is very very slow all the time when going into another screen (A lot of people complain about the app).

Desired outcome: Refund please! Also try to improve the app when going into different screens. You have to speed it up!

Wawa Service, one employee

This was been a on going problem with this person for some time I was going to the other register I have no idea why the last I went in the store the lady that that was waiting on me had to go to his register to get my cigarettes (6) packs he said something to her they both laugh she was still smiling when she finished my transaction he always seems to have an issue with me so I won't be back to the store

Wawa fountain drinks

The Wawa in Ashland, VA has a coke freestyle machine. When the Wawa first opened that machine was really busy with a line because you could get a large for 99cents. Now it is $1.79 or $1.89. What's bad is that they took down the large sign with the prices. Even though I know how much the price is, it is deceptive to others to not have the prices listed. You are trying to cover up the very high price, when other gas stations in the area are much more reasonable. I'm done buying anything at this store. I don't care for the dishonest behavior.

Desired outcome: Put your prices up clearly at the Coke Freestyle machine and stop trying to deceive customers.

Wawa Employee. At store. 08307

I am a loyal wawa customer. I have a complaint. With an employee that works in the morning. He is rude to all customers! He gets agrivated. If you need something from behind the counter.. He grabs the merchandise you are purchasing and throws it in the bag. Then puts your purchase on the counter with no regards for what's in the bag. He is an older gentleman. Bald and with glass's. Works at 6am weekly. I. Might have to go to lucky 7. For my purchases. Its no a way to start my morning s.

Wawa Customer Service

Store #5135 Most recent date: 03/15/2022 at ~ 12:00 PM.

This is a complaint about two of your checkout employees, both are black women (just trying to be descriptive in case it is needed). I am 63 years old trying to buy an alcoholic beverage and being carded for proof of age. That is my complaint.

There is no law against selling this product to anyone over the age of 18 in Florida so there obviously is or was no threat of any legal action taken against them or the store by selling me the product. If these employees can not tell the difference between a person of 18 years and 63 years then they either completely lack the ability of observation or just being spitefully unfriendly. I suspect the latter and seriously doubt they card every other obvious person of age, therefore I feel that I am being wrongfully singled out by these employees and it definitely looks, IMO, poorly onto your business.

Since I am clearly of age, my personal private information, I consider, as none of their business and it is them that are being out line. Yes, they have the right to do this but also the option not to thus they are obviously weaponizing and misusing it when it is clearly unnecessary!

If this continues and the manager of this store starts refusing me the product or my patronage altogether I, of course, will be contacting you again.

Thank you for your time.

Desired outcome: For these two specific employees(they know who I am) to stop demanding my identification when buying an alcoholic beverage for all the above reasons when I am simply and innocently trying to provide your store with my business.

Wawa It's really a complaint am only asking why does Wawa not make egg rolls in the afternoon.

I really enjoy your egg rolls but they are really hard to get. They put them out a little after 11 in the morning. It seems like that's it they stop making them. Am in north cape may new Jersey. If the Wawa by me doesn't have any I go to the villas Wawa. Now today at around 2:30 in the afternoon. North cape may Wawa didn't have any and they were not making anymore. So I went to the Wawa in the villas and they didn't have any and they were not going to be making any. But if I wanted they can make them for me but it's going to take a while. I worked in retail for 20 years and if something was selling well I would tell the workers to make sure that it was always out on the floor cause it's not going to sell sitting in the back room. Thank you

Wawa Salad minus ingredients

Placed an order for takeout. When I got home my order did not contain the Turkey I ordered . I ordered and because it was a salad I did bit notice Turkey was missing.

Desired outcome: I want a refund!!! I paid for the protein. I work hard for my money and would like what I order.

Wawa Management

Women manager in the morning unprofessional loud and using derogatory language in front of customers and employees. I didn’t get a look at her name tag but she’s white with tattoos. Store number 810 in Delaware around 7am/8am.
