I can't say enough good things about this company! From the first talk with Tanya until saying bye to Joe & Matt (Very pro techs)... im so happy we bought our water heater thru this company! They do what they promise... and that's priceless! I will highly recommend to all my friends to do biz with water heaters direct! I bought a water heater from Water Heaters Direct like 2 years back
I bought a water heater from Water Heaters Direct like 2 years back. They said it's got a 6yr warranty. I paid 978 bucks for the heater, install, and other stuff. Now it's rusting and leaking at the bottom. We called 'em up and they said, yeah, it's under warranty, but we gotta pay 175 bucks for someone to check it out and another 699 bucks to put in a new one. So basically, they want 874 bucks to honor the warranty. At first, they only charged us 810 bucks for the heater and install, plus 168 bucks for other parts. This can't be legal, right?
