I purchased a replica watch which was advertised on the Watchesyoga website. When it arrived it was not even remotely like the watch that was advertised. It was larger, heavier, and did not have the same features. I contacted the company and sent them a picture of the watch they mailed me and also a copy of their picture of the watch I ordered and was presented on their website. The appearance was very significantly different. I requested a full refund of my money -$139.US. They replied offering a discount on a replacement or a partial refund. I again insisted that i want a full refund, including the cost of sending back the watch they sent. I stated that I couldn't rely on their descriptive material, it was confusing and inaccurate. They wrote " sometimes different batches of the same watch model is different" I don't want to take any chances with these people again. Reference order #1260. AVOID LIKE A PLAGUE! I have purchased Chopard watch for them, for Christmas, It arrived in very poor condition, not working and nothing like on the photos. Spent $130 for total garbage. I spent over six months trying to actually exchange the watch at first. I had to send photographs and video of the watch. Lin Yi who I had communication wit, had pathetic excuses like saying that watch will be confiscated by customs if I tried to return it. She tried to get more money out of me to send me different watch...I was extremely lucky to get my money back from my bank, but unfortunately this people are getting away with it! PLEASE BE CAREFUL, they are total scammers!
