I recently purchased a solar panel from Wasserstein Home to charge my Wyze Cam outdoor camera. At first, I was a bit confused as to why the camera wasn't charging right away after plugging it in. However, after reaching out to their customer service and reading some reviews, I learned that the solar panel needed to charge itself first before it could begin charging the camera.

After charging the panel for a couple of days, I was pleased to see that my camera battery went from 60% to 100% and has stayed that way. This is perfect for me since I live in an area with plenty of sun.

Overall, I am happy with my purchase from Wasserstein Home. The only downside was the confusion about the initial charging process, but their customer service was helpful in resolving the issue. Feeling frustrated and disappointed, I decided to contact PayPal to request a refund. I hope that this issue can be resolved soon, as I was really looking forward to using the solar panels for my home.

Eventually, I found the UPS drop-off label that I had received when I took the return package to the UPS store for shipping. It showed the weight of the item as 6 lbs, which I promptly emailed to Wasserstein Home. Finally, they refunded me the entire purchase amount.
