I HATE scammers like this who use deceptive marketing!
I HATE scammers like this who use deceptive marketing! I've received a few letters from them, which are formatted to deceive you into thinking it's an official letter from ***. It uses scary language like "you will be financially liable for all repairs". Well, duh, that's normal if you own a car without a warranty. You can only tell who the letter is from (i.e. "Warranty Protection Services") if you read the *** print at the bottom. I wouldn't trust these guys to provide warranty services as far as I could throw them.
I wouldn't even give one star if I had a choice
I wouldn't even give one star if I had a choice. This company is definitely a scam big time. I purchased policy on [protected] and called to cancel on 12/14 they only canceled the recurring payment not the policy. I've been trying for 3 1/2 weeks to get a refund and all I get is the run around. They always say they will call me back and have never called me not even once. I ask to speak to a supervisor and am told one isn't available. They will definitely rip you off if you sign up for their policy. Definitely scammers.

Total scam. I received a postcard from them right after I bought a car. Thinking it was from the car company regarding my existing warranty, I foolishly called. Big mistake. Theyre representing themselves as the only extended warranty company authorized by infinity. Very pushy and aggressive. Fast talking, soulless scam artists.
They are scammers. I do not speak good english. So I stupidly signed up for the $195 per month package for 5 years 1/27/22 while i am a student. And they charged me $195 at that day. That night I discussed it with my dad and we wanted to cancel it. So the next morning I called them to cancel and want to get a refund. But they said it couldn't be solved at that moment. So they'll call me back in 1-2 hours. But I didn't receive any calls and I called them back many times but they didn't pick up Please cancel it and return it by check to me.
This company is a joke
This company is a joke. We got there policy but cancelled it just a little over a month of having it. Sent a letter of cancellation which they said they hadn't received it . After 3weeks if it being sent. So sent another letter which was sent certified and they will have to sign for it. Asked when we would see a refund and she said in about 9 to 11 weeks. I went off on her and she hung up on me. They can really take your money quickly but it takes weeks to get your refund. I would not advise anyone to trust this company. It's a fraud.
Scammers! Pretending to the *** dealership but are not. I dont even see how thats legal. They are extremely pushy and hateful. I am so tired of being harassed by them
I bought this policy and requested cancellation after the 30 day grace period. I have had several conversations on the phone requesting confirm confirmation of cancellation in writing for this company, but to date have not received anything in writing. I am worried that they still have my credit card and will continue to make charges against it. Thank you for your help.
...a totally corrupt company. Nobody gets past an answering service if they need answers. No one can get to a "person of authority". It's like: "***, then ***, and then the run-around". Don't fall for the glitzy promotions or the official looking handbook they send you. (Which; if you read carefully, gives them the authority to substitute USED replacement parts!) We're getting a new credit card number...We were silly enough to give them our #. *** learned...again...
Big Scammer, I received a contract by mail, when I called them to ask questions about, the mail, someone took my contact info, and someone call me back. When I tried to explain the situation, the person X (because he refused to give me his name and he says that he is a manager when I asked to talk to a manager). He was mocking me because of my *** accent, he was telling me that I forgot that I've called and sign up for the contract and it's because I have problems in my head.He was laughing and mocking my way to talk. He was very disrespectful and it's hurting on the way how he treated me.They send me a contract for almost $5000 and I never called that company or sign up for something.I don't know what to do, I think I will need to have an attorney involve to resolve this scam.Thank you

This is a scam and fraudulent. They keep calling and it don't matter if ur on do not call list they still do
This is a scam that calls me 3 times a day at least
I bought a policy from this company and cancelled it immediately (within 5 minutes of hanging up the phone) after checking their track record (should have done that first). Two months later, I am still receiving billing notices and the phone number listed as customer service in the policy materials (which they still sent even after I IMMEDIATELY cancelled the policy the same day as I began it) turns out to be from an answering agency that they are hiding behind so you can't contact an actual person with any authority to act. I called my credit card company and had them reissue a new number to my account, but I'm guessing these people will just refer to collections to get their ill-gotten gains. I called this morning and I'll give them two days before I take them to small claims court.
I wouldn't even give them 1 star if that was an option!I also received a letter in the mail saying my car warranty was expired. I know that I had purchased an extended warranty through my dealership that I had JUST purchased my car. Needless to say, I put $70 as I was going through a divorce and had money tied up. THEY WERE SO ADAMANT to get me signed up for a 30 day trial for warranty protection. What a horrible thing to do to people. They gave me a name of a person that would be my "agent" throughout the policy - what a joke! His name was ***. Before the end of my trial I sent a cancellation letter. I also called at least 3 times and talked to their "answering service" but never got a callback. My first payment came out. I told my credit union it was a fraud and disputed this transaction as I had tried to cancel many times within the trial period. I called another couple of times to make sure the policy was cancelled and never talked to the actual "cancellation department". I also emailed the company. I cancelled my cash card even and they FIGURED OUT A WAY TO break in my checking account again!I was so frustrated, I almost had to cancel and renew my bank account. What to tell you. This company is NOT legit. They steal your money and are very smart about it. Whoever reads this, tell anyone you know about this place. It is a complete lie.Shame on them!
Thank you *** Director of Accounts for all you help
Thank you *** Director of Accounts for all you help. Since April I cancelled my policy and have been calling just about every week and sometimes everyday trying to find out about my refund . For the last 3 to 4 weeks that I have called I asked to speak with Billing or Supervisor and wasn't getting anywhere only a return call from customer service. I was getting very frustrated and I felt like you got my money and now I was only getting a small portion back. I only had the warranty for 5 months I called on 8/2 and *** returned my call. *** was able to resolve the issue the same day and is returning most of the money that I paid in now I am just waiting on my check. Once again thank you so much *** for all your help.

Unfortunately, I can't give negative stars
Unfortunately, I can't give negative stars. I am *repeatedlycontacted by a robocaller, "Angela," and ultimately I answered her questions so I could be transferred to a live human being. I did this twice, and on both occasions I then asked to be removed from their call list and on both occasions I was hung up on. According to my caller id, this call is coming from "Sunnyside;" I'd leave the phone no. but Complaintsboard.com won't let me. The third time I answered the live human's questions and was transferred yet again, at which time I again asked to be taken off the call list. The extremely rude gentleman said it was all my fault because I answered questions, and that when I received my daily call tomorrow, to just say "no, I'm not interested." Why anyone would do business with a company like this is beyond me.
This company is HORRIBLE
This company is HORRIBLE. They took advantage of an 80+ year old woman who thought she was talking to her car dealership & conned her into giving her credit card number to purchase this extended warranty. I've been trying to contact them to cancel the purchase. I've tried contacting their customer service *** ALWAYS goes to *** conveniently always the same person who answers the phone) weird that customer service is always busy but the overflow person is always the same person. They tell me they will call me back within an hour & an hour later nothing (surprise surprise). I've tried calling the number my mother called originally & those people have hung up on me twice. The only reason they are getting a 1 star from me is cuz i can't submit this without giving them a rating. How can i get this fixed for my mom?
Wow these reviews are insane
Wow these reviews are insane. There needs to be an investigation done on this company for fraudulent activity. Right now Im struggling to get my refund of 2500$! Thats a lot of money from my savings account and Im a student in college. I wanted a service to have protection on my car and I sold the car! Dont need service so now Im trying to get a refund and they said I needed to send a second cancellation letter because it didnt have ending mileage mentioned in the car. But the mileage doesnt matter when I havent even used the service! These people are frauds and are trying to drain my refund. Plus Im weary that they wont even give me my refund! Super sketchy! My phone shows them as spam calls. Makes me wonder what I was thinking giving these chumps money in the first place! The *** seriously needs to look into this and Im reporting!
I received an illegal robocall in violation of the Telephone Consumers Protection Act on January 14
I received an illegal robocall in violation of the Telephone Consumers Protection Act on January 14. I was transferred to Vashti S after expressing interest in buying a policy. I bought a policy that day to try to get more information on the company. I tried calling the company back six times and every time the call was answered by the "call center rollover" which is a Filipino call center. I left word every time to be contacted because I wanted to get more information on the policy. I apparently asked too many questions because I received notice from the company that I was receiving a refund. I never asked to cancel the plan and I never received the policy. I suspect they did this because they want to withhold information from their customers. No one ever called me back and now the number on this listing is no longer in service. They obviously are scamming people. I will be suing them for violation of the TCPA because their call center called me illegally.
My mother, with dementia and hearing loss, was pressured (and I'm going to say tricked) into giving her bank account information to this company
My mother, with dementia and hearing loss, was pressured (and I'm going to say tricked) into giving her bank account information to this company over the phone by a telemarketer from this company. Now, she has a car warranty she doesn't need, though she physically signed no paperwork. Within the contract, it reads: "You have the right to cancel the contract at any time." However, there is NO set of instructions for how to do this. There are several different phone numbers within the contract, but no one at the end of any of them knows anything, apparently. They have been called SIX times (thus far) and each time it was a different person, who said they would return the call, but didn't. At least one representative argued and tried to say that we never called before. An email was sent as well, but we received no response. We are now mailing a business letter. We have contacted the ***'s office and filled out a Customer Mediation form. When the field for phone number was filled in on this form, NONE of the numbers listed in the contract were valid. This is a very unprofessional and shady business.
Recently bought a car, and was getting the letters in the mail *final attempt to notify* which is obviously a lie since they sent me letters
Recently bought a car, and was getting the letters in the mail *final attempt to notifywhich is obviously a lie since they sent me letters every week. Finally called to check the warranty, and the lady on the phone talked thru the warranty and what it covered, and said the total price/mo. payment/down payment- she ended up transferring me to her finance manager. The letters don't have any type of company name to identify so naturally I didn't want to be scammed so I asked him what the name of their company was & he said Warranty Protection services. I looked them up and seen they had a 1 star review, so I told him I wasn't going to move forward- he asked why, bc they had 1 star review. He asked if I had the right company so I let him take me to their website *** and it was the same company. He immediately got defensive and was pretty much trying to force me into paying. "Are you going to be paying visa or *** today" . Super sketchy. They're either a scam or just have horrible customer service.
I think the company is fraudulent
I think the company is fraudulent. I read what others had to say. I had contacted them to change my billing payment method. After not getting a call back, I tried to look up a website or email for them and was unable to. Everytime you call, you have to leave your name and number and wait for a call back. Things you wouldn't have to look for or do with a regular company. They gave me 30 days to cancel and when I called to try and cancel, I received no call back. After several attempts, I called my credit card company and cancelled the card and turned it over to them. Someone left me a text today, saying I missed a payment. I informed them, "I did not and I tried to cancel service with you." He wad very rude and told me, "you tried to cancel...but you didn't"? I told him, no because you guys wouldn't return my call. He told me, "I could make my missed payment and then they would refund me. What? I told him, "you guys gave me a 30 day money back timeframe and when I tried to cancel within that timeframe, you wouldn't return my call. I'm not making a payment! He said, so your refusing to pay. I said yes I am! He threatened me with collections and I told him, to do what he needed to do. Very unprofessional and rude! I don't not believe they are a legit company.

This was the worst warranty experience I have had 1st this company called my number and the sales rep talked me into getting a Warranty said it
This was the worst warranty experience I have had 1st this company called my number and the sales rep talked me into getting a Warranty said it would cover almost everything excluding tires and battery after a 30 day waiting period I paid the down payment and waited the 30 days and then 2 weeks later my car happen to start having issues after my car engine alarm lights came on & started driving bad! Well I took it to the dealership like I was told after waiting a week Warranty protection Services rep tried to tell me I had to drive atleast 1,000 & 30 day waiting period before I could make a claim but in my contract it stated no mileage waiting period only 30 days! So then another few days their adjuster says they are not fixing my transmission because it was basic wear & tear existing issue and they never asked me to complete any prior service documents or go get it serviced or checked I had just bought the car less than 4 months old so they denied to fix anything or refund me my deposit & 1st months bill in which they never held up their end of the contract do not get tricked into buying any of their plans or warranties they are scamming people of their money when your car breaks down they will not fix it & with my I don't know how to fight it legally this company & the 3rd party companies they use for the billing & contact for warranty will not respond to your calls it goes to an answering service they do not care about their customers complaints or fixing repairs like they try to talk you into believing they will in the event that your car breaks down! 4 months later still no refund after canceled still receiving bills for a service they would not cover!

Cancelation and still getting billed
So the company will not cancel my monthly warranty, i have called multiple times and no response the person i did get into contact said that we will cancel it and done, and know im getting calls about a final notice and a bill from the same company stateing that it is a pending cancelation even the person I talked to said that it has been canceled.
Desired outcome: cancel my warranty service properly
Sofa and love seat
I bought the warranty for my sofa and love seat. I was told by the salesperson that rips and heavy use from kids, dogs and adults would be covered. Two years later both items have frayed fabrics and rips in the areas used most often. I made a warranty claim that was denied because of “product misuse.” All we did was sit on the furniture and nap on the furniture. The technician stated we misused the products and he smelled dog urine in the house. This is not true. I have called and visited the store several times before I got this response. I have requested that they replace the sofa or refund the price of the useless warranty. The salesperson misrepresented the warranty.
Desired outcome: Replace the sofa and love seat

I signed up via phone for a Warranty Protection Policy on 8/22/22, with a month to think it over. I decided against it ($4,820.00) and started phoning them 9/13 daily to cancel. Information was taken each time, and she said "that department" would call me back. It's never happened. I'm SO worried about losing all that money - and the due date is quickly approaching. Can you help in any way? I would so appreciate it. The # I've phoned is ***.Thank you
I. I tried calling them to cancel my warranty since May and they have been ignoring me.
On 3/21/22, I purchased a warrant through for $3,038, but I had been trying to cancel this since May.I went through hoops trying to cancel a policy and they asked to write them a letter and even have my financial sent them a letter. The contract Number: MTREP211259.
I have been trying to cancel my contract with this company for several months starting as early a May
I have been trying to cancel my contract with this company for several months starting as early a May . I final was able to get it cancelled on July 19. As part of cancellation was was told I would receive a refund of $575. I have sent in letter then they required odometer reading as well. I sent that in all certified with signature returns. First the said they never received it even when I have confirmation it was signed for at front desk. Back in September after multiple calls, they finally said they have all correct paperwork. They told me refund would take 6 to 12 weeks, at this point its been couple weeks after, I had sent in appropriate paperwork. I was told 6 to 12 weeks. I called back again on Sept 20, 2021 and was told by Anthony mgr that I am half way and to wait another few weeks. It is now Nov 30th, I called twice today and still no one has called me back. I have asked to customer service folks (they seem to be folks that send message out to customer service to call customers back) . I leave messages in morning and by 5pm no one has called me back. I repeat next day asking message to go to manager but still no call backs. I have never delt with such poor service but this is so frustrating!... They are aware they owe me this refund but they have not sent it to me. If you could help me and my son retrieve this money it would be greatly appreciated. As a single mom with to kids, I cannot lose money like this. Please help!

The woman at claimes said you have to diagnose your vehicle ,call Warenty services and theh have them file a claqim. She said that I was not entitled to reimbursement. Currently awaiting for a call back from Warrenty Protection Services to cancel the policy. Would like my money back for Services not rendered. Their number is *** Contract number CGC22940739
Hello,I am having an issue trying to cancel my contract with this company. I signed up for a warranty plan, but decided that I did not need it. My contract clearly states that there is a 30 day cancellation period with entitlement to a refund. I sent two separate written notices of intent to cancel. I have not been able to check the status of my contract or follow up on the cancellation. I have taken the necessary steps, and they have not.
hi, I am trying to get a refund for extended warranty that I purchased. the webpage that i get directed to doesn't give you the option to cancel anything, I keep calling and I'm always directed to the same webpage which doesn't give you any info about cancelation, i just keep getting the run around, thank you
I've been trying to cancel my cars warrant since January this year the same month I enrolled, I decided I didn't need it. Since then I've called multiple times and every-time its either closed or they tell me they'll cancel and then nothing gets canceled. I feel as if this is made like this on purpose just to get money from people I'm sick and tired of paying for this, this is honestly one of the worst services I've ever seen. I've uploaded a picture of my call log with them in which in each call nothing I asked for was resolved. It feels as if they've been just stealing from me over the past 9 months.
Hello,I previously filed a complaint
Hello,I previously filed a complaint. The business sent me 3 cards in the mail with my car's VIN number and model type, saying I needed to pay for an extended warranty and if I didn't buy their service, I would have to pay the full cost of any mechanical repairs. The company's name was not listed on any of the cards or stated when I called two phone numbers; I assumed it was the *** company. On 4/26, I was informed by you that I would get a full refund. A refund has not appeared in my credit card account. On 4/25, the day before I filed my original complaint, I called two of the numbers for this scam company. On the first call, I had a very heated conversation with the employee. On the second, I politely inquired about a refund and asked for a supervisor name for my lawyer to contact. As I mentioned in my complaint to you, this employee laughed continously. After the phone calls, it occurred to me that either employee might have access to my credit card info. and could put additional charges on it. Sure enough, today I checked my credit card statement and I was charged $218 on 4/25. Obviously, I would not have authorized further charges after realizing the company was a scam and saying so, in writing, to Complaintsboard.com.Requesting another refund.Requesting info: can anything be done to shut this company down? The info. I provided in my last complaint would be true for all victims of this scam, so I don't see how they are allowed to operate.PLEASE PROVIDE ME WITH A COPY OF MY ORIGINAL COMPLAINT SO I CAN SHOW IT TO A LAWYER.

The name of the business I've a dispute with is Warranty Protection Services based out of ***, . And I'm based out of ***. I got a "FINAL NOTICE" warning from these guys about the extended warranty of my car. So I called them today(08/02/2022) about their policy. They got me on their platinum extended warranty with a 30-day trial period at $169 per month for 24 months. I paid $100 today which is refundable if I cancel within 30 days. After reading their reviews on ComplaintsBoard.com, I called them back and canceled the policy today itself. The agent told me that I'd get my refund in *** hours but sent me no receipt or email acknowledging the policy cancelation. They just gave me an answering service's phone number who took down my details and told me that I'll receive a callback from their cancelation department. According to the reviewers on this website, you never receive a callback. I'm afraid that they'll keep charging my card for 24 months since they already have the details and I don't have any acknowledgment of cancelation to dispute these charges with my bank. So I'm lodging a complaint here for help and also to provide some paper trail of this fraud in case I've to *** them in order to stop fraudulent charges on my card. In conclusion, I want the refund that I'm entitled to(the details of which are on a recorded call) and to stop any future charges to my credit card. Also, these fraudsters have been scamming people for some time now so I hope you take if not my singular complaint then the mass volume of complaints against them seriously.

On 9/19/22, I put a deposit down of $295.00 to Warranty Services
On 9/19/22, I put a deposit down of $295.00 to Warranty Services. That same day, I realized that this company lied about being a partner with my dealership and I immediately called back. I was not able to get a hold of someone until the next day, 9/20/22, where I stated multiple times that I wanted my policy to be cancelled. I have a video recording of the representative telling me that he cancelled my policy and that I did not need confirmation of the cancellation. The representative that I spoke to was attempting to intimidate and pressure me into keeping the policy. They continued to ask for personal information and when I did not give in they got very rude. It felt very predatory. I also cancelled my credit card that day so that my card could no longer be charged. My bank credited that amount back to my card after filing a dispute with the company. On 10/21/22, I received a phone call while at work, I was not able to answer because I was at work, and a voicemail was left saying that there was an issue with my payment method to pay for the policy. I was not able to get a hold of a representative until 11/1/22 which I stated that my policy had been cancelled so I should not be getting charged. He then told me that the cancellation was not filed with them and that I needed to pay a late fee. I again told him that I had cancelled the policy over a month ago and that I was not paying anything. He responded that he would send me to collections and then hung up the phone on me. The next day, the same person called once again saying that there is an issue with my payment method.

I was called during the afternoon of March 18th 2022 from this business claiming to be associated with *** Services, offering to extend the warranty on my car which I had just finished making payments on. They insisted that I needed to agree to a warranty plan immediately and they needed my credit card information to process the transaction. They told me I had 30 days to cancel if I changed my mind and they would refund my money. Because I thought they were associated with *** Services (who I had spoken to a few days prior regarding the final payments on my car) I agreed and gave them my card information. When I received the email and saw it was not from *** Services, but "Warranty Protection Services" instead, I realized that something was wrong. I immediately called back to cancel my plan and was kept on hold for 30 minutes. When someone finally answered I explained to them I needed to cancel, they told me someone else would call me back within an hour. I never received a call back and upon further investigation, realized that this was a fraudulent business. I called my bank to report the transaction as fraud, cancelled my debit card, and called back the "Warranty Protection Services" main number one more time to let them know I cancelled my card and reported it as fraud. The representative I spoke to claimed to be from a completely different company called "Enterprise" and started harassing me, calling me an idiot, and hung up on me. This is NOT a legitimate business, they are scamming people out of money and an investigation needs to get done to stop them from continuing to do so.

To Whom it may concern: I purchased this Policy/Contract CGC22923591 on 11/23 for a *** Camry with an *** reading of *** miles. I ended getting rid of the car and sent the first letter to cancel in March . I did not get a response and called. They claimed they never received the cancellation letter via regular post. I ended up sending it by registered mail and they received it on 4/23. I waited and called them to enquire why I had not received a refund. I was told that the contract had been cancelled, but that I forgot to enclosed the *** which was less than 16,000miles. I was told they would need that to determine my refund. My mistake I am not sure why I was not called or e-mailed of that fact. I sent that information and they received that via registered mail on 6-7. I waited about 6 weeks. I called asking about the refund and was told it could take up to 11 weeks. I waited till the end of Oct after still not getting a refund. I called the cancellation department and was advised of the amount I would be receiving at that time. We only had the policy for 5 months and my wife and I do not do a lot of driving/putting miles on the car. We did pay for the policy in full (***). I questioned why I was only getting back around $870.00. So I asked that they also enclose how they arrived at that figure to be included when they send the check. I was again told I would have to wait up to another 11 weeks. It has been well over 11 weeks. I have been trying to reach the *** for the last three weeks and they have not bother to call, leave a VM or e-mail me. It has been like crickets. I am beyond frustrated and I am hoping you can help me resolve this matter.Their mailing address *** Phone Numbers: *** and to reach the *** is ***. Respectfully Submitted

I am the victim of an intentionally deceptive and malicious ruse
I am the victim of an intentionally deceptive and malicious ruse. On Oct 22 I received a postcard marked "vehicle alert notice" printed with my car registration number falsely claiming that my warranty had expired. I was tricked into giving both my credit card and debit card numbers to the representative who claimed to be from my dealer *** They falsely claimed that my credit card did not go through, so I naively gave them my debit card number as well. But when I called *** they said this had nothing to do with them and in fact my warranty had not expired and I realized that I had been scammed. I stopped payment to both cards but they had already taken money out of my bank account with the debit card number and attempted to charge my credit card number. I called back that same day and the representative said that after I received the so-called contract (actually a deception), I could cancel the policy within 30 days and get my deposit of $295 refunded. But of course, as this is a scam, I did not receive the so-called contract in a timely fashion, was not able to reach anybody, forced to spend hours on the phone talking to multiple people in multiple states and countries at multiple phone numbers. The emails are from Mepco in ***, the so-called contract is from *** and Warranty Protection Services. They obviously were running out the clock and had no intention of returning my deposit as promised. This is a sophisticated scam that preys on senior citizens. It's based on lies, falsehoods, disinformation, and misrepresentations. I would like help retrieving the $295 they stole from me. I filed a complaint with Complaintsboard.com against Mepco, but they deny anything to do with it and said to contact EFG or Warranty Protection Services, which I have already done several times to no avail. I also filed a claim against EFG. Warranty Protection Services:

I have no knowledge of, nor have I done business with Warranty Protection Services or MEPCO
I have no knowledge of, nor have I done business with Warranty Protection Services or MEPCO. I was made aware of this company on Feb. 5th when my parents discovered strange charges on their credit card from a company they had never heard of, MEPCO. There is a *** station that they use, which caused these charges to go unnoticed. They have no warranties on their vehicles. She called MEPCO, which was the company listed on the credit card statement. *** of MEPCO, informed her that Warranty Protection Services was the company that instructed MEPCO to charge her credit card monthly. I spoke to *** on 2/11/2022 of WPS. She sent me a copy of a 37 page contract for a warranty for my 2018 Prius. My signature is not on that contract. She said the contract was made over the phone. I would not have gotten a warranty on this car, because I already had one through the *** Dealership. The monthly charge was ***. I certainly would not have paid for two warranties. I also would have canceled the warranty when the car was totaled on 11/4. I didn't submit any claims to WPS. This contract is invalid, because it was not signed. They claim this contract was executed over the phone, but there is no excuse for not getting a signature. They will not provide us with a recording of this conversation. T. I received no correspondence from this company to confirm my participation in this contract. I would like for my parents to be reimbursed for these fraudulent charges. They were charged *** every month since May , plus twice in June .On 2/14/22 *** was asked for a copy of the alleged voice recording of *** making this contract and she refused. If this was a legitimate transaction why not provide this recording?I nor my parents have not received any communication confirming this alleged contract or payments.WPS. asked me to cancel the contract, I would like for them to cancel the contract and reimburse my parents for all charges

As a result of this, we contacted Assurant, and they denied the warranty because they adjuster informed them that we still had a *** warranty on the van up to 100, 000 miles and therefore they cannot authorize any repair work. The above vehicle currently has two warranties, one from *** which is Certified *** Warranty from 12/07 until 01/01/2024 up to 100, 000 miles whichever comes first. The second warranty which is Assurant Vehicle Protection plan was applied to the purchase on the same day as the first warranty by *** Dealership that had a different mileage than the first, on the second contract it shows *** miles which in discrepancy with what is written on the first warranty.
You do not contact me after 4 days of trying to cancel my account I have even tried giving you another number to contact me, it seems that you are trying to keep my initial deposit, you do not allow me to be placed on hold with the proper department, no return calls nothing! So I have reported you to the *** Complaintsboard.com and the fcc!
They're your typical scam outfit - look up publicly available records to see if they can weasel your hard-earned money away from you. The thing is, I never bought the car they're sending me info for - so CarMax and Carvana are in bed with these scammers, selling your information to supplement their income. Pretty shady and should be against the law.
