I have what I need to migrate from Quickbooks POS over to Spotify. I don't know if I'll ever use this stuff again,,, but I was told this is what I had to do.

The Excel program that was installed on this computer was working just fine and was running my reports up until recently. I don't know why things changed, or how Excel was deleted but it is what is is.

After being hacked, I thought I was calling Microsoft support, Waredot poses as MS support. I spoke with Thomas Goldon and informed him of my issue, he connected me to Adam who sounded very helpful. He requested, and I gave him, access to my computer so he could troubleshoot. Yes my computer was hacked and the hackers stole $3198. Adam pressured me into purchasing a 1 year subscription software for $580.10. He claims he remove the virus that the hackers put there. I was hesitant before making the purchase and looked at the reviews, what i saw seemed legit, but was later told by the IT specialist from my bank's fraud department that the reviews are fake and I should not have paid that much for the service he provided. I took my computer to a company I am familiar with and he confirmed what the bank IT specialist said. I called Adam and asked for a refund, since I had removed the software protection he installed. He refused and became very rude, stating that no matter how many times i called I will not get a refund, and he hung up.

Had issues with a virus alert, that turned out to be a scam. Claimed they were a microsoft employee. So I looked up the official microsoft and they were Waredot.com Technician supposedly dowloaded their security software. I did not work at all. He explained nothing, did not answer any questions. The only thing he did was pressure me to give him 5 stars, which I went back and gave him 1 star. I have been trying for 3 days to get their billing department on the phone and they refuse to connect me. They give youy nothing but a complete run-arounbd wanting to get into your computer system to check thia and that. I just want a refund of my $209.95 . I am calling my bank and filing a fraud claim.
