After the fifth attempt, I chose an option related to acquiring new service, and surprisingly, my call went through. Unfortunately, the person I spoke to was a woman who displayed rudeness and indifference towards my issue. She consistently talked over me and eventually hung up.

I strongly advise steering clear of this company. It appears that everyone associated with this organization is unhappy, and their apparent mission is to spread that misery to their customers.

After spending 2 hours to edit a pdf, I only then found out that I could not get the edited document fo 24 hours unless I paid for the servce. Even at that, the message was hidden amidst multiple prompts to pay for the service a $39.95 per month. The tool was confusing to use, and did not always save my changes, even when I tapped the "save" button. After I finally accessed the document 48 hours later, I saw only then that it did not even work properly, and that there were multiple mistakes in the document in spite of my having gone over it and saved my changes multiple times. The whole process was totally confusing and worthless. I would be willing to pay for a service after a free introductory period, if it were not deceptive and worked well. This site is neither.

I called to cancel and was told it had been cancelled. I got another credit card bill and I had been charged again. When I called (again), I was told I should have gotten a confirmation email when I first called. I didn't get any email and when I questioned the agent about the email address, I was told I had provided my g-mail account. I never use the g-mail account so I would not have given it to them. I would avoid using this company for anything.

So, I decided to try out PDFSimpli (pdfsimpli.com) after seeing their low price of $1.95. It seemed worth it to me, so I went ahead and entered my information to use their service. Little did I know, it was actually a free trial and they were going to start charging me $39.95 a month after that. I didn't catch on to this until I saw that $79.90 had been taken out of my account, and I was not happy.

As a senior citizen, that $80 means a lot to me. I couldn't believe that they were going to charge me that much for a service that I didn't even use more than once because it was FREE. When I contacted them about getting my money back, they told me that I had entered into the contract knowingly and would not refund me. I mean, seriously?

So then I get this email from PayPal tellin' me I made a purchase and it's like $1.95 plus an extra $39.95 for the subscription. This company has charged accumulated USD 280 for a service that has never been used apart from the initial trial period. Seems like the business model is to not send email receipts for reoccurring charges. Offered one month refund. This is an outrageous scam and I doubt their terms will hold water in front of a consumer tribunal. This service should be shut down. Have now done a search and it seems like other consumers have similar experiences. Only offered one month refund to prevent a Police report. Say no more. Stay away!

I just spoke to another of thier customer support representative, instead of helping my complaint, she said "[censored] you" when I asked her why did you charge my account without my consent without sending any email. This is thier second customer services agent since yesterday who did this to me and being rude and being so rude , They are cheaters don't follow rule neither send any email before charging any user.

I called the company’s customer service representatives on two separate occasions and during both instances, I was spoken to in a rude and incredibly degrading tone and was hung up on both times. I have never experienced a company that is so unwilling to help their customers I am truly disgusted with the way this company interacts with their customers. I will not be using the service again and I do not recommend that anyone use this service.
