The app kept crashing the chrome browser while I was using it to mirror my screen live. It was a real bummer because there's no tech support to help you out, except for the knowledge base. I tried everything they suggested to fix the issue, but no luck. So, I thought maybe if I upgraded to the pro-version, I would get some extra support and features. But nope, still nothing. I even asked for a refund, but they completely ignored me. Such a waste of time and money, I tell ya.

But I was charged on my bank account card 7 times each charge was $10 for a total of $70 that I didn’t authorize. I’ve attempted to email customer support but only get an automated email back saying they will contact me but they haven’t yet. I had to order a new card but unsure if my card number or account routing info was used. I would like my money back and a response to know someone is handling this matter. Thanks
