Unknown as I did not order anything
But I was charged on my bank account card 7 times each charge was $10 for a total of $70 that I didn’t authorize. I’ve attempted to email customer support but only get an automated email back saying they will contact me but they haven’t yet. I had to order a new card but unsure if my card number or account routing info was used. I would like my money back and a response to know someone is handling this matter. Thanks
