Vybe Broadband review: Employee misconduct

Over the course of said employees employment with the company, employee has intentionally, deliberately or purposely refreshed customer(s) internet signal without express consent of said customer. The said customer had no idea of what was happening to their internet and decided to text said employee on status of internet. The said employee responded everything is fine no issues. This has happened several times over the course of few months without being suspicious to upper management or anybody out there. The customer does not call in for verification just text with employee. Use caution when dealing with this company and yes I do know this first hand. Said employee is still employed with company to this day.
