I have had Vivint for 8 months now, wishing I had never left my other security company. My main complaint is not getting answer to why my system stops running from 1:30am and don't come back on to record until 8:30am. And my wall panel I can't make out what I'm looking at it is too dark. This has went on every since I got the system. I have called for help and a resolution to this problem several several times. I go through all the 'do this and do that' instructions, NOTHING. No technicians have made it out to fix the problem. But I sure get a lot of calls wanting me to ADD cameras or change out my cameras. The most crime I have in my neighborhood is at the hours I specified that I have no recording. I want out of this security company so bad, Vivint is not recommended by me whatsoever. You have no customer satisfaction, no technicians to take care of your problems, no repairs after they get you bound in a contract and along with all this, the cameras and wall panel suck.

Claimed loss: 8 months loss in monitoring properly and OVER $1,000 wasted.

Desired outcome: I just want out of vivint system company without being charged on anything, I will cut my losses of what I've already paid out for not being satisfied from the beginning! This has been a horrible ride with Vivint .
