So, like, I was super excited when I discovered Visual-You 'cause they had some cool stuff that I wanted to buy. I placed my order way back in January, but it's like, April now and I still haven't received it. I mean, what the heck, right? And they give you this tracking website that's all in Chinese, like come on, seriously? Ain't nobody got time for that. I've been trying to get a refund but they just keep telling me to check the tracking website. But like, I can't even read it! So basically, this entire thing is a total scam and you should stay far, far away from it. Save yourself the headache and just shop somewhere else.

So, I just gotta tell ya about Visual-You and their corgi emotions sweater. First off, I got one for myself and my bestie who's been a bit under the weather. Let me tell ya, this shirt is SICK! The quality is off the hook, and the material is so soft and cozy. And don't even get me started on the embroidery--it's fire, fam. I got the "Relaxing Shiba Inu" design and it looks so fly. I've worn it a handful of times already and every time I do, I get hella compliments.

i recently put in an order at Visual-You and was pretty pleased overall. i ordered on a thursday eve and got an email the next morn saying the size i wanted was all out. that was kinda a bummer because i really needed it for a bday present on monday. we chatted via email a few more times to nail down size and availability of other items on saturday and i was pretty sure i wasn't gonna get it in time and was gonna have to give a belated gift. but had nothing to lose so i crossed my fingers and hoped for the best. lo and behold i got my package on Monday afternoon! just in time for the bday dinner. shout out to Mary for really making it happen. i'm happy i went with Visual-You even tho there were a few bumps in the road because the product is great and the customer service is even better. 100% recommend!

One of the things I love the most about them is that they contact me right away if anything comes up, either by calling me or emailing me.
