VistaPrint review: Recrutement process Tunisia center

Hello,

I am sending you this complaint because the recrutement process for the Tunisia center in really weard, first I was contacted by an HR called Sahar Yangui for a small talk in English and it was perfectly done, Second step was a technical test for 5 persons and it was perfectly done by me. The day after I was contacted by the HR telling me that my test was good and I got 24/30 as a note.

Last interview was done including HR/team leader/project manager, eveything was good, we spoke about my 11 years experience and my expectations etc... They were happy and nothing was criticised.

The day after I receive a rejection email without any explanation, why ?

I contacted the HR and the team leader asking for the rejection reason but no answer...

I was told by many colleagues who worked in vistaprint that recrutement process is not honest at all, same thing for promotions.

Please have a look and investigate because it is really a shame..
