Hey there, I wanna share my experience with Pro World Inc, y'all. So, let me start off by sayin' that their response time is on point and their customer service is legit great. I gotta admit, I was bummed out when I had to return the TransPro Cap Press, but I'll definitely be gettin' the Auto Swing Heat Press to replace it. The TransPro Cap Press is cheap for a reason, man. The platen clamp ain't worth [censored], it can't even pull down the hat properly. Plus, the platen itself is way too big and it bulges the hat, which makes the crown impossible to flatten without stuffin' it with some cushions or rubber or somethin'. And seriously, the manual buzzer start and stop is straight-up ridiculous. It's a joke, y'all. But, I'm happy to say that I'm upgradin' to the one with multiple platens, so no more wastin' money on that basic [censored]. Overall, Pro World Inc's customer service rocks, but yeah, stay away from the TransPro Cap Press.

Oh my gosh, can I just say how pumped I am about ProWorld Inc? I spent forever and a day trying to figure out which heat press to get, but finally landed on the Transpro 15x15 clam shell from their site. And let me tell you, it did not disappoint!

Before this, I was always using an iron for my t-shirts, but dang that took forever. This is my first time with a heat press and honestly, I was a little nervous. But when I got it out of the box, it was ready to go in like 30 minutes! They say you gotta wait for it to heat up and make sure there's no weird smells, but that wasn't the case for me. We turned it on, set the temp, and bam! We were pressing shirts in like 15-20 minutes.

Now, I've had it for about 3 weeks and I'm still lovin' it. It's easy to use and it's made my shirt-making process a million times faster. I've already made a ton of shirts with it and they've all come out super smooth and perfect. If you're looking to get a heat press, I'll tell ya what - ProWorld has got you covered. So, I was on the hunt for a sublimation business package and after a good amount of shopping around I landed on Pro World Inc's website and boy, am I happy I did! Their package was affordable and had everything I needed to kickstart my business.

I gotta say though, the setup was a breeze! Their printer, presses and other supplies were easy as pie to set up and after only an hour I had my first product ready to go!

But listen up Pro World, 'cause here's where my only complaint lies. When it comes to shipping, y'all gotta put in some work. I mean, I get it, y'all are a sizable company and all, but come on, no free shipping? I can't be waiting for more than two days and also have to pay for shipping. It's a double whammy. It just makes me wonder, why wouldn't I just head over to Amazon for my supplies?

Still, I do really like what Pro World has to offer, so I'll continue to order from them for those items I can't find on Amazon. But let's be real, free shipping is a must-have and I hope y'all take this review as constructive criticism and start taking some steps to make it happen for us little guys.

Okay, so here's the deal with Pro World Inc. I gotta say, my first experience with them wasn't all sunshine and rainbows. When I submitted my design for printing, it got changed without me even noticing. And yeah, that's definitely on me for not double-checking, but still - it sucks when you've got a specific logo in mind and it gets messed with. Plus, when the print arrived, it was in this giant box that was way too big for it. The box was all mashed up, but luckily the print itself was unharmed.

So yeah, I was pretty bummed about that, but I decided to give them another shot. Second time around, I made sure to really scrutinize the design before green-lighting it. And guess what? Same thing happened. This time, though, the big ol' box that my print came in was even worse. It was all busted up, and my print was all crumpled and messy-looking. Why on earth they would stick one little print in such a huge box is beyond me. And to top it off, they charged me eleven bucks for shipping what was essentially a piece of paper. Ouch.

So, long story short, I wound up being out over forty bucks, and when they asked me if I wanted a refund or a reprint, I was so ticked off that I just said no thanks. Totally should've given me a refund anyway, if you ask me - but I guess that's just not how this company rolls.

So I got this laser alignment tool as a Christmas gift, which I was pretty stoked about. But when I went to use it, one of the lasers wasn't working. It seemed like there was some kind of electrical problem or something. Big bummer.

I figured I'd just hit up Pro World and see if they could help me out with an exchange or something. But they were like, "nah man, you gotta talk to Hotronix." Which was kinda annoying, but I guess it makes sense since that's the brand of the laser thingy.

Anyway, I eventually talked to the Hotronix peeps and they sorted me out with a replacement. So all's well that ends well, but it was definitely a bit of a hassle. Woulda been nice if Pro World had been able to take care of it themselves, ya know?
