I was referred to Veteran Adviser Consulting through a friend. I made contact this their office and they explain the entire process to me on how they can help me get my disability increased and how long this whole processes would take. I was initially a bit spectacle about this whole ordeal, but it was honestly the best thing i have done. Everything was explained to me thoroughly and as far as how long this would all take. Their team very professional and I would totally recommend this organization to other veterans. They are truly here to support Veterans and their family's. I can not thank them enough for helping me in this whole processes. Veteran Adviser Consulting are an outstanding organization!

I met a veteran randomly and they recommend Veteran Adviser Consulting (VAC) and at first I was skeptical, but the veteran was very passionate about how well he was treated and how smooth everything was. After using VAC I can see how and why he recommended with so much enthusiasm. Truly is an exceptional service. They helped me through the whole process and I can't stress enough how extremely painless they made everything. Dealing with the VA can be more than a hassle, but I worked with [Name1] and [Name2] and they literally did all the heavy lifting for me; and the communication was amazing. Didn't expect to get everything done in just 3 months, that's unheard of! I've recommended to 3 other veterans and they've gotten the same quick and easy service.

If you are looking for results from knowledgeable people who will work hard for you, then this is where you need to be. I was referred to them by my sister. I have been working on trying to get an increase for 3 years now. I was at a standstill. I finally decided to reach out. From beginning to end with this company I was satisfied. From start to end it took them about 2 months. Once my claim was filed it took 3 DAYS for the VA to give me a decision. I was totally surprised! Veteran Adviser Consulting was great and honest with me from the start. I have never seen a company be so professional in all departments. I am so thankful to this group for their time and effort! It was worth every penny! I will be referring all of my fellow vets to Veteran Advisor.

WORST POSSIBLE GROUP TO HELP WITH INCREASE. I've been using these guys for 2 years, I have had zero percent increase since then. I've been turned away by the VA 3 times due to lack of paperwork and proper information on the adviser side. I have HOURS of combat videos, documentation from a PTSD rehab. I should be a straight-forward case but instead it's literally impossible to get ahold of their team or anyone who knows a single thing here. Stay away! Update: The company saw my review, called me. Me: How's it going? Company representative: I've been better, we have 200 employees I can't just pick up the phone every time you get upset! Me: Uhhh excuse me? Not one phone call in 2 years I think is grounds to be upset. Company representative interrupts me: Can you shut up?!? THAT'S THE KIND OF WONDERFUL SERVICE HERE!

Veteran Adviser Consulting and their team were of great help and provided clear expectations for my increase. They walked me through step by step, and at the end of it all, delivered. I am very happy with the professional service provided. All in all, it took 4 months from initial contact to the favorable decision made. For those of you that want to know how long it took, or the timeline: June 24-July 29: Initial contact, forms signed, disability info sent, file reviewed. August 1: DBQ quality control, pass, and in-person medical appointment scheduled. August 25: In-person medical appointment. August 28: Veteran Adviser Consulting receives DBQ from doctor, and final QC. September 1: File ready to be submitted to the VA. I had Veteran Adviser Consulting submit it for me, as I trusted them. October 22: Favorable decision made.

Veteran Adviser helped me achieve 100% permanent and total after years of fighting the VA. I worked directly with Kodie and the team at Veteran Adviser. They helped me each step of the way. The VA kicked back my claim on the first try, but they didn't give up. They were able to overturn my denial. The VA prefers that you give up and move on. Veteran Adviser never gave up. I appreciate the time and the effort Kodie put into my case. She assured each step of the way that it would work out in our favor. Since then, I have been able to live more comfortably and I can afford to receive medical treatment and not have to worry about leaving my family with any funeral expenses. Thank you Veteran Adviser. My heart goes out to this team. I don't know what I would have done if they hadn't helped me. Thank you for fighting for Veterans.

Their "advice" got my benefits cut in half. They didn't read my medical records and had me speak to a "doctor" who "examined" me for 5 minutes before submitting his "diagnosis" - a regurgitation of the VA's own records. I did what they said for over a year - which caused the VA to scrutinize my claim and decide I was being overcompensated. VetAdviser's "advice" cost me $500 a month. VetAdviser told me to go to a C&P hearing, something I questioned due to their concerns about other third party interview orgs (QTC, etc). Once I began posting reviews of their performance, VetAdviser replied stating they'd told me NOT to go. If that wasn't bad enough, VetAdviser reminded me I'd been leery of pursuing my claim to a higher level review. They just didn't seem able to accept that doing what they recommended had made life for me and my wife much harder. The only way I'll be able to repair the damage their "advice" has caused - is by having another attack and ending up in the hospital. This will also mean I'll be unemployable - for a year.

Absolutely horrendous service. They tell you in your consultation that they can do this and that to ensure you get the 100% disability rating you deserve. After they take your $500 deposit that they initially say is optional and refundable, but it's not, they stop answering your phone calls. You're basically paying $500 for a dbq doctor's visit. They don't file anything for you and again refuse to answer the phone when you call. They will also tell you that you don't pay them anything unless they get you to 100% which is also a lie once you read their contract, which is filled with errors and contradicts what they tell you on the phone. They will tell you to not attend any of the VA exams, which I found out the hard way is a huge mistake. These guys are scammers and will not refund the $500 deposit. They have yet to call me back or answer my calls after I was denied the increase in ratings, because I didn't go to the VA exams. Contacted a lawyer to take legal action against them as well as appeal the decision by the VA. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY OF YOUR MONEY.

Veteran Advisor Consulting was the best benefit representatives I've ever worked with. I got a favorable decision which was amazing but even aside from that, the company itself was so nice, thoughtful, and caring and went the extra mile every step of the way. I recommend this crew to my family and close personal friends because I'd trust them with anything. My only complaint is that they don't handle more things besides benefits because they are so good I wish they did healthcare, cellular plans, auto and home insurance, and basically everything else in life because if they did, it would be efficient, affordable, and trustworthy. I highly recommend every veteran as soon as they are discharged to give this group a call. I worked with [name of the adviser] and he was a step above the rest, he was very professional, intelligent, and had great bedside manner if that makes sense which really helped my anxiety when the VA would send emails and letters saying some pretty confusing things. I would say give his team a call and just see what's out there and you won't regret it, I'd bet money on it.

After 6 years of active service I was awarded a 30% disability by the VA. I was then shortly after that reactivated from the reserves for an additional 4 years. I knew I could request an increase in benefits from the additional wear and tear on my body once I was released from active service again, but was worried that the VA would for some reason take away or reduce my rating. My disabilities have slowly gotten worse and worse over the past few years, causing significant impact on my daily life. I was hesitant to seek help, fearing the potential consequences. However, I randomly met a guy who highly recommended Veteran Adviser Consulting (VAC). I decided to take a chance and contacted them. They were so professional and made the process very easy for me. After several doctors visits we submitted the paperwork together and the VA made a decision after only 5 days to increase my total rating to 100%. I couldn't believe how quickly they made a decision. From the very first conversation I had with VAC they told me how underrated I was, and they were correct. I couldn't have done this without their expertise. Thank you!

Started out well and I did get an increase but I ended up having to pay more than $3000 out of pocket. This was for the fees which were supposed to be covered by the back-pay I would subsequently receive from the VA after using their promised services. My advisor neglected to advise me adequately regarding the process due to this error in filing I received no back pay. I had to come up with all fees out of pocket. They would not take responsibility for any issues with the outcome and that it was likely my fault or the fault of the VA. They offered to allow me to make payments, but for another fee of course. When I reached out to my representative to raise my concerns, he would not respond to my emails. I was sent my invoice only. I could not reach him after this point and still have not been contacted regarding my concerns. I paid the fee. I still have not heard from them and dont expect to. I feel a bit like they are preying on vets and now question their motives. Once you have your examination they will hound you about payment and the customer service becomes nonexistent. Im disappointed with the service. Hope other vets are not treated this way.

Each case is different, and I had a somewhat of complicated case. Veterans Adviser Counseling is superb on all levels. My case started over 15 years ago and several C&P exams. My spouse is my caregiver. VA Counseling provided support and administrative help with my case. It took a long time for a decision to be made, even by VA standards, just about 9 full months. My team consisted of John-lead, assisted by Sarah, Mark and Emily. The team explained what I needed to do and I followed their instructions to the letter. It is frustrating waiting for a decision, but worth the wait. The result was an increase in my rating and now I can get the help that I need without worry. My spouse and I couldn't thank the team enough and yes my spouse cried when we received the news. This team was excellent and actually care, yes, put all that rating stuff aside, yes they actually care and are trying to help, at least that is what my spouse and I thought. The team and organization are very knowledgeable and have excellent customer service. Yes, they pick up the phone when you call or call you immediately if you leave a message. If you are hesitant at all..read this post. I have been separated from service for over [insert number] years and thought I had received all the benefits I could. I accepted it and went on with my life. I was referred by a good friend who said this company was legit and did what they said they would do so I got a over the phone consult. Every person I communicated with took the time to really understand my file and told me they would get me the [insert specific] benefit I deserved. Which was more than half of what I was getting for 10 years. Each case is different Im sure but the communication, breakdown of fees and follow through with [insert name] and his team is not like any other with other companies who say they will help with an increase. Paperwork can be held up for several reasons and the importance is finding a reputable company who knows what to say and how to say it so the paperwork will be submitted without errors and without being denied in my case. Their doctors they use are amazing and really care. I honestly was afraid I would even lose certain rights due to my rating but they ensure the paperwork guarantees I did not. I recommend a consult with them. I guarantee you and your family will reap the benefits that are well deserved.

I was reluctant and hesitant at first, I thought it was another scam. However, talking to the veterans advisor, and looking over my current disability rating of a mere 30 percent, they informed me, they can help me increase my rating by X percent more. Veterans advisers told me could pay the fee at the end of process (depends on my new rating) and just pay $350 of good faith deposit . After my good faith payment, the team took over, and asked me question of my past health conditions, and scheduled me with a doctor. They informed me, not to go to a VA doctor, because the are bias, and they work for VA. Doctor reevaluated me, and submitted results to VA. The results varies, normally about 4-6 months, however, the longer the better, because if the retro active back pay youll be compensated by VA. Which you will need to repay Veterans Advisor. After 5 months, VA determined my new disability rating increased to 70 percent. A 50 percent rating hike. What I didnt know, I am a retired E-8, and if you receive a pension from DFAS,they will be a delay on your retro pay, because DFAS has to finalize the new VA claim by conducting an audit. It took me 5-6 month to receive my retro active back pay. After receiving the payment, I was able to pay Veteran Advisor firm, and they deducted the $350 for the good faith deposit. I am forever happy for my increase, because the disability compensation will last a life time. Veterans taking care of Veterans takes this success story to another level. Thank you Veterans Adviser.

I started my process before reaching out to Veteran Advisors by reading these reviews as you are now. I was lucky enough to learn about this service by randomly running into someone at the gym who recognized my military tattoo and started a conversation asking if I am a vet and then if I was a disabled vet. I didn't know this guy and had the fear I was being led into a scam. He gave me their contact info and after a few weeks, I decided to reach out and see for myself. The process from start to finish was incredibly easy on my part. I filled a few documents out and they took care of the rest. I was rated at 60% disabled going into this. I though best case scenario I would get a 10% increase, if that. Figured, what do I have to lose. After a quick doctors visit, they put together the paperwork and send it off to the VA on my behalf. I was told it could take 3 to 5 months for the VA to review and make a decision. Thought with my luck, it would be 5 months with a response of no increase. I wanted to set the bar low so I wasn't upset with the outcome. After filing you get antsy. Every day starts to feel like a month waiting. A week later, I decided to check the VA site because I was impatient. I logged in and immediately saw a pie chart on the top of the page that said 90%. I thought there is no way. I logged out and back in a couple of times and there it was. I even called Veterans Advisor to confirm if what I was seeing is correct. Sure enough, that was my new rating! This has been a life altering amount of extra money that I never thought I would ever get from the VA! They are the real deal and the whole process couldn't have been faster or easier. I make it my life mission now to pay it forward to any veteran I run into! Their success ratio is incredible and they know exactly what the VA is looking for. I only look back now wishing I knew about this sooner. I will be forever grateful for how they changed my life! I would give 10 stars if I could!
