Thirdly, the quality of their material is the worst. Much better material is available on YouTube and LinkedIn for free. They make you solve useless case studies and do not rate them for months. When you question them, they bring out report cards made up by them to cover up their failure.

Fourthly, they do not help you finalize your resume and portfolio on a one-to-one basis, which should have been done within the first month itself. They only pass the time by exchanging emails for months, even for minor things. Even if you try to schedule a meeting, it will get canceled at the last minute every time. Even if you somehow get your resume approved as per their criteria, you will not get any shortlist from any of the sub-standard companies they bring in. Forget about placement.

Fifthly, do not expect anything, even if you have got some opportunity from your own referral and need guidance and support for case studies and interviews. Because even they do not know how to crack those interviews. I have been there and faced that.

Sixthly, scheduled meetings get canceled at the eleventh hour with a reply on mail to connect via email/WhatsApp/slack. But there also, you will not receive any reply for months, even after requesting multiple times from so-called self-proclaimed mentors.

Seventhly, they closed their slack channel after they started facing huge criticism from existing students for repaying back the fees. None of their so-called mentors reply to your mails and messages for guidance because even they do not know how to solve the case studies.

Lastly, you will be stuck in the middle of a situation where you will have to pay, or else your CIBIL will be badly hit, and you will be followed by collection agents of NBFC. Always remember, karma will get back at you, sooner or later, it surely will.

You'll be fooled that you are not putting that much efforts required that's why not getting shortlisted. But the truth is, it is their failure not yours because even they are not able to figure out why it is happening. Only blame game continues to expel you out and swallow your hard earned money.

The company closed their Slack channel after facing overwhelming criticism from current students regarding their refusal to refund fees. Don't let yourself be duped by them, as they have opened the channel again. Screenshots of all previous conversations are available as evidence. Just try contacting previous cohort members.

The initial onboarding process and explanation was straightforward. They asked for a refundable deposit of Rs.35,000/-, which they converted into a loan with their finance partner. This opened up a credit limit of Rs.1.28 Lack. After completing 10 weeks of sessions, the balance due was Rs. 1.28 Lack, which they said could be paid in easy EMIs. However, this turned out to be false, as they actually required a one-time payment.

During the training, they sent timely emails to complete my resume and portfolio. However, there was no personal support or follow-up, and they would terminate you if you didn't complete the assignments. Even if you completed everything, they might refer you to a few companies, but they would still terminate you and ask for the Rs.1.28 Lack payment.

It's a myth that they say pay after placement, as they use it as a way to sell their 20k course on a fee of Rs.1.28L. The course content wasn't very relevant, and better content could be found on YouTube for interview preparation.

In the middle of the course, they asked me to sign a NOC, which stated that I wouldn't raise a voice against them if anything went wrong in terms of placement or sessions. They would terminate you and find almost every possible way to do so.

The data shown on their website is 200% fake, and multiple students are getting into their trap. Only 1 out of 20 students in their batch get placement, and 98% of the students they terminate. Hardly any candidate gets a refund if not placed.

If you want to go ahead, go at your own risk, but you will definitely be in this trap. They will fight with you on email, and their messaging can be confusing. They claim that the financial loan issued by the finance partner is directly related to your agreement tenure.

This company doesn't have any registered office anywhere, and they claim that their office is in Gurugram, but no office address can be found. As a revert, they will say that they're not victims and that it's not their fault. It's your decision if you want to go ahead with them.

Overall, my experience with Pragmatic Leaders was not a positive one. I would advise others to do their research and consider other options before enrolling in their program.
