I had insurnce with Velocity Risk Underwriters, LLC. but they done cancelled it for no reason. Now they don't wanna send me the loss run. They only sent it to my agent and I gotta wait on the phone for forever to talk to a supervisor but they ain't got nobody available. Not cool.

I gotta say, Velocity Risk Underwriters is solid. My agent sent 'em my new wind-mit report, and in under two weeks they sent me a check for overpayment plus a new premium rate. I didn't even have to lift a finger. I'm pretty stoked about how fast everything went down. Thanks, Velocity!

So, I joined up with Velocity like less than a year back. And just today, bam! I get this notice saying they ain't renewing my policy. Called them up to find out why and they tell me my crib's too old, like over 31 years or something. But get this, my place was built in '62. Obviously, they can't do basic math or nothin' last year. Word of warning for y'all looking to insure your property, these dudes ain't reliable. They gave me a meager month to find a new carrier after never havin' filed a claim or nothin'. Save yourself the trouble, stay away from this hot mess!

Bruh, Velocity Risk Underwriters, LLC is straight up trash. I was with them for 2 years and tried to renew my insurance after changing my mortgage company, but they said no way. After some digging, I found out it's because they hiked up their prices and wanted me to cough up more cash. Don't even bother with these hustlers, they just wanna scam you out of your hard-earned dough.

I gotta say something 'bout Velocity Risk Underwriters. I got me a homeowners policy from them on 3/24. My agent, ***, gave me a quote of $*** for a year. So I paid the first installment, but then when I got a hard copy of the policy, it said the premium was $***! Ain't nobody told me nothing 'bout no increase. And the coverage and limits were the same as before. Seems kinda shady to me. What's up with that, Velocity?

I gave Velocity a chance to do right by me, but they done messed up. They took my money, 1749.15 to be exact, for some policy that wasn't even in effect. I ain't even got no house yet! It was supposed to be for 3567*** Street, but I cancelled the purchase and told my agent about it. I even sent them a notice of cancellation, but Velocity didn't give me my money back like they was supposed to. They didn't even reach out to me about it. So I had to go and dispute it with my credit card company and they gave me my money back temporarily, but then Velocity went and charged my card AGAIN on 6/25! I had to file another dispute with my card company and I left a message for Velocity and sent an email to my agent. It's a mess and I ain't happy about it.
