When I called their support team, they gave me a confirmation number to cancel any future charges. However, they also told me that I had agreed to the $19.99 charge online, and that it had already been processed. They refused to do anything about it.

I was very upset about this, so I decided to contest the charge with my credit card company. They agreed to credit my account if the charge reappeared next month. However, I would then have to cancel my card or change my account number.
