This purchase of a 4 X 6 Storm shelter was amazing. The purchase was made with the expectation of install being within 4 to 6 Weeks. It was delivered and installed almost exactly to the day of set expectation. Everything I was told was done exactly as Valley Storm Shelters stated. I couldn't be happier. Thank you VSS. We were able to visualize what we were ordering and decide which size was right for us. The delivery and installation went smooth. Employees were efficient and left the area clean after the install. Had the best experience with Valley Storm Shelters! The ladies in the office were so kind and patient to answer all of my questions. Our shelter was even delivered earlier than expected which was a wonderful surprise especially going into tornado season. And the install team did a great job! We just received our 4x6 shelter. Our shelter has a window which is very well reinforced to meet the standard of the shelter. The team, including ***, that installed the shelter were very efficient and it was installed in no time. They left the shelter clean, and ready to use. Very friendly and courteous. I still wonder why the state to *** does not require these be installed in all new homes. Thank you for our safe place.

We had a Valley Storm shelter install a 4x4 tornado shelter in ***. The shelter arrived weeks before expected. The installers were friendly and professional. They explained the installation process and answered all our questions. When completed they went over all the details of the shelter. I hope we never need to use it but feel confident it will keep us safe. Was very pleased with the whole process and would highly recommend them.

The showroom is large and bright with all the shelters available to view and walk/sit in. The store rep *** was extremely knowledgeable and didnt push us to make the purchase but took her time to explain the benefits of owning it. The delivery/installation team were extremely professional. *** ask us questions and provided recommendations to make sure he installed the shelter exactly where we wanted it.Great team and we are happy that we made the investment!

The materials that they use and the way they make their shelters are far superior to most that I have seen. Excellent customer service and support, from the showroom all the way to the installation. I never had a question that wasn't answered quickly, and me and my family could not be happier with our new shelter.

I've wanted a shelter for many years. Wanted that feeling of being safe and secure during bad weather. Just received my unit. Both the installers were professional. Explained what they were doing throughout the process. Having one is like any other type of insurance - hope I never have to use it but if I do I'm confident I will be safe. I was very pleased with the entire experience of purchasing a storm shelter from Valley Storm Shelters. Choosing and ordering a shelter was easy. They communicated via email, phone calls, and texts to keep me updated on scheduling which was great. The installers did a great job, talked thru everything they were doing and asking questions to ensure the shelter was exactly how I wanted it. They also provided and explained all of the documentation and certificates. This is our first storm shelter and we could not be happier about our decision. The peace of mind is priceless.

The experience of purchasing and having a storm shelter installed by Valley Storm Shelters could not have been better from start to finish. The shelter was installed within the expected time frame, I was contacted to arrange an installation time a week ahead of time, and the young men who installed the shelter contacted me the day of delivery and were here with perfect timing. They were friendly, professional, and sure know their business, explaining every step of the process as well as how to register the shelter with local fire&rescue, and apply for state tax credit. Excellent customer service, and my family will now have peace of mind during ***'s many severe weather events.

In March 2023, I purchased my 3rd and 4th Valley Storm Shelters (4 by 6 models) for my new home and the new home of my son and his family including my granddaughters. My former home had a Valley Storm Shelter and when I sold that home - the buyers were beyond excited to have the shelter. My reasons to purchase from Valley Storm Shelter for the fourth time was (1) highest quality shelter, (2) outstanding customer service, and (3) quality installation. It brings me enormous peace of mind knowing my family members are a 15-second walk to be totally secure from tornadoes regardless of the intensity. From the time I placed the order until installation was completed was an amazing four weeks! THANKS and stay well!

Our experience was good with them, we got a very nice shelter, process was a little lengthy but I think is normal, paid deposit then we waited for around 2 months, but our concrete took a while so I think it was on our part too, they need a little more communication though at least an email confirming the date of installation, I was a little hesitant they were going to install the day they said because nobody had called me that day to confirm they were coming, they arrived around 4:30, I had to cancel plans I had for the evening, but they were very professional and apologized, they did a great installation, that shelter is not going anywhere[hopefully]As far as price I think they're reasonable we got a promotion of a bench and a weather radio, overall I say we can recommend this bussiness, they do what they say they will do and the quality is excellent.

I want to let everyone know my experience in dealing with Valley Storm Shelters. After being at home in the April tornados and the Easter Sunday 2020 tornado in ***, my wife and I decided it was time to protect ourselves.I reviewed many different companies and the most superior protection I could find was at Valley Storm Shelters in ***. I reached out to them and received an estimate for a 4' X 6' shelter to be installed in our home. We chose this size to accommodate ourselves and other guest if needed. The wait was a little longer due to Covid issues, but after installation, we couldn't be more pleased and protected. The build quality is beyond expectations and the crew and staff are great to work with.
