Very efficient service. Fast and reliable. The process was flawless, I sent my document via their web site. I paid right there. The prices are clearly posted. They replied right away. The next day I had a draft, which needed a few adjustments. And before the end of the day my final copy was ready. The emails explain what to do every step of the way. The translation was very accurate and the validation very profesional. Will recommend.

I went through this process for one of our employees and having never done this I was quite nervous. Once I logged on to the website a help box popped up asking if I needed help. I did! This person helped me at every step. Once they received all the documents they sent a quote and confirmed they could do what we wanted. Within two days everything was completed. Trust the 5 star reviews, because this company is impeccable with their knowledge of what you want and they are very patient with you and do every thing in a timely manner. Most of all they are accredited nationally and offer great prices to match your budget. I got mine within one week I uploaded my document and it was a seamless transaction. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants their documents evaluated in a clean precise and punctual manner .. 5 stars indeed.

Validential were thorough, fast and kept me up to date in real time, while I waited for an emergency document to clear customs complicated by restrictions caused by Covid-19. They also required no more than digitized copies of my documents to complete my evaluation,(i.e. all that I could supply as I was restricted from retrieving the originals). Even after I was able to use my evaluation, Clarke form the company emailed me to make sure the evaluation was accepted by immigration ("yes!") and that I was safe on my journey.

I needed an immigration compliant evaluation for a client for a "specialty occupation" which requires a degree in a related field quickly. My client has a BS and a PhD from the College covering the field and in the required related field. The employer required a graduate degree in the specialty awarded by the relevant college with a thesis/dissertation on the specialty. I received a non-compliant evaluation for immigration purposes which states that my client has the equivalent of a Bachelor of Science degree. Um... in WHAT FIELD. I requested a revision and was told that I will not be provided with one. Absolute garbage and a waste of my $209. I had uploaded both the undergraduate and Ph.D. transcripts. Also, if you think there is a course by course evaluation with an actual review, there is not. They literally just say that they did it. No analysis. I am EXTREMELY unhappy.
