I ordered seat foam for my 1973 Chevy Blazer back in July, but it's now November and still no sign of the seat foam. I haven't received any emails informing me about it being on back order. I've called them multiple times, and they keep saying they sent me emails, but the last email I got was in August, and it was only about one part they did ship from my order.

When I contacted them, they said it would take 8 weeks. But even after that time, I still didn't receive anything. Then they told me it would take 16 weeks. I've been calling them repeatedly for two weeks, but they never answer the phone. I have left messages, but they haven't returned my calls. I'm frustrated because they have taken over $625 from me and I can't get them to respond. I would appreciate any help.

On March 8, 2022, we ordered and paid $625.00 for door panels from USA1 Industries. They said we would get them in June, but June came and went. Then they said it would be the end of August. But that didn't happen either. They then said it would be the end of October. But surprise, surprise, that didn't happen either. On October 26th, they told us we had to pay an extra $165.05 for an upgrade and said we would get the panels in 2 weeks. But guess what? They actually meant 2 months. So now they're saying we'll get them between the middle and end of January. Well, it's January 27th and we still haven't heard from them, even though I called them last week and told them I want either the door panels or my money back.

I ordered a new dash pad for my ***. The USA1 Industries website said they had it in stock. But then they said there might be delays because of Covid and it could take 2-4 weeks to ship. After waiting for 4 weeks, I contacted them to ask when it would be shipped. They told me it was actually back ordered and they didn't know when it would be available. So I cancelled my order. But now my money is stuck with them and I can't order it from another company that actually has the product. I asked when I would get my refund and they said they didn't know. They said it would be processed in the order they received it once it goes to the accountant. Right now, their website still says the item is in stock and ready to ship, which is misleading customers and making them give money that might not be returned for weeks or even months.

I ordered a full interior for my truck from USA1 Industries in May
I ordered a full interior for my truck from USA1 Industries in May . I got some items quickly, but the rest were put on backorder. The only things left were the dash pad and door panels. I got the dash pad last summer (2022) and was told there was a change in supplier and design for the door panels. The new design made them two pieces instead of one. In November 2022, I got one piece (left and right side) of the new door panel without the secondary insert needed to complete them. On January 20th, 2023, I asked when I could expect the final piece of my door panels. They said the new door panels were no longer available and couldn't complete my order. So now I have color-matched partial door panels that I can't use. A few times, USA1 offered me a higher grade door panel as a substitute, but I declined, hoping they would restock the ones I originally ordered. But now (as of January 23rd), I have no choice but to accept the upgraded door panels to ensure all the interior pieces match in color. I finally agreed to the high trim panels, but they charged me $600 for the "upgrade." They have me and many others in a tough spot, and they know it. Instead of making things right, they're not a very reliable company to work with.
