This is the best company... the price it was a good deal and the product is awesome... they have variety pgt... lawson... sparta... all that I wanted... the installation was fast they let my house clean... the inspection it was fast, after inspection the service guys came and did all finish and I call for a service and the service is perfect very nice employee I'm recommending this company 100%

The company really did come through with beautiful impact windows and doors. A lot of companies make false promises, the company kept their word. They told me the time frame, what they needed from my association, and when we got the permit approved. They offered me updates and took the time to communicate with me and kept me in the loop of every step in this project. I'm satisfied with their work and professionalism.

Great Company. John is one of the best in the business. Very reliable and trustworthy. I had windows installed at my home and I'm extremely pleased with the outcome. When things needed to get fixed, he responded immediately and took care of everything. I highly recommend him as I found him to be honest, trustworthy and very reliable. His assistant Jennifer is the very best. Thank you John and Jennifer for a job well done !

The company took my deposit 4,347 dollars on April today is May 2022. Nothing has been done. I was told that by July I was to have my eclosure installed. Every month was excuses and more excuses. From measurements too big, missing windows, workers with covid, manufacturer waiting for glass. I even went to speak to the reps and asked for my money back. I was told no money. But they don't mind keeping me waiting. Is there a statue of limitations maybe that's what the company is waiting for. Please help me. Thank you

USA Green Contractors are the most unprofessional contractors we have ever hired .All the windows they installed did not pass The *** inspection and the city will not issue us additional permits until these windows pass inspection .We have since hired another contractor to install additional windows but the city will not issue another permit .We hired USA Green Contractors in November they have not corrected this issue and we stopped all additional payments to them .WARNING DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR ! This company is ***! Everything about this company is wrong! Waiting since 2020 for exterior doors installation. Promises, promises and promises not one was kept. Its been a nightmare dealing with these people. Today was the last chance they had with me. We had a set appointment for the morning confirmed, confirmed and confirmed until that same day of installation. NO INSTALLATION! I just don't know how some people could write good reviews about this company. Its a total fabrication! What's amazing is the double face these people have. They would win the Academy Award every year for ***.

Wish there was less than a star, I'd surly give it. The project of replacing my home with hurricane windows has been nothing short of a tragedy. This process started 5/11, still not completed, to this day. Mismanaging a company to this extent is just overwhelming. In all these months I have all the emails, correspondence, text messages. Told USA Green there will be no verbal communications with their so called company.. So I have the proof, also 4-5 installers have came to me telling me they would go to court with me to show the inter working's of this company. Sad to say from the owner on down they are worthless. Wish I had the room here, or be able to show you the pictures and video's of what they've done to our home.. Don't use this company...

I have nothing but good things to say about the company. I called them for 6 impact windows for my home and they gave me a quote that beat the other two I got from local companies do I decided to go with them. They walked me through the process, told me how long the process would take, explained everything to me and answered all of my many many many questions I had. I just wanted to make sure my home got the upgrade I was paying for. They more than delivered. Their team came in and installed everything, was super clean and the final product was absolutely flawless. I'm in love with my new windows and would recommend this company to everybody! They're awesome and my home looks so good now! I love them! Thanks for everything! If I could give them 10 stars I would!

The past reviews are all so right. We have been dealing with promise after broken promise since January. Every employee at this company speaks lies and promises that they do not keep starting with the salesman and still continuing on through today when the manager didn't show up again since he said "see you tomorrow" (last week...thanks ***!). We were told in January that windows would be installed within 10 weeks...that didn't happen. Window installation finally did happen (6 months later) and the mess that was left in the house took two weeks to clean. Installation was sub par to say the least. a month later after installation and we are still waiting for the errors to be corrected (front door leaking, sliding doors wheels defective, drywall damage) so we can get inspection. Terrible experience that keeps getting worse. RUN FAST and HARD the other way when you see USA Green Contractors coming your way!

After, making several calls to their sales representative and almost daily to *** Green Windows, for these past two months, I would like to cancel my order requisition and have my $500.00 deposit refunded. During our initial meeting, we went over some of my window needs and he was very accommodating to my needs. At that time, I told him about the financial hardship I had experienced this past year, and he told me not to worry, that after signing the DocuSign, I will have at least three months, from the time I sign the contract, to its installation and final payment. Soon after our initial meeting, I received the DocuSign document, which they wanted me to sign, which I didnt, because it was wrong. I informed ***, my sales representative, that nowhere in the DocuSign document reflected my request to switch the new bedroom window 3, facing the back yard, to the other front bedroom window, and the old front window be installed in the bedroom facing the back yard, as discussed during my original meeting with their sales associate. I have been misrepresented not only at our initial meeting on April 16ng but also by the lack of action and communication I have received from them this past two months. Their lack of commitment to service, as it was the original promise, is the reason why I dont want to use their services any longer.I call every day requesting my refund of the $500.00 dollars, but no one in the higher-up is willing to take my call. I dont know any other way to solve this issue, except by first writing to you and see if you can help me resolve this inconvenience, I am getting from *** Green Windows and doors.

I entered a purchase agreement USA Green Contractors to replace all of the windows and doors in my home. After approximately 3 months they contacted me to schedule installation which was estimated to take 2-3 days. The install crew arrived around 9 AM the first morning then never before 10 AM on any subsequent workday.

Because of their later morning arrivals they managed to miss the city building inspector TWICE. He subsequently failed the project which put the installation on hold for THREE MONTHS. During those three months my window and door frames were open to the outside word. Air conditioning was allowed to flow out of my house and insects were allowed to enter. I had to replace my air conditioner in that time which may or may not have been related to the condition of the open window and door frames.

When USA Green Contractors finally received a certificate from the building inspector the installation crew came back for one day to NEARLY finish the project. They told me they were done but I found parts missing from many of the windows and the entryway door. As of today's date July 13th USA Green Contractors is unresponsive about the missing door and window parts. During the past four months I contact the salesperson who passes *** to the office which is full of incompetence and if I did not make repeated calls and emails nothing would get done at my home! I have even told them that there is an unpaid balance due that I WANT to pay when the parts complete the project so they can be out of my life! Entering a purchase agreement with USA Green Contractors is the worst homeowner decision I've ever made. Terrible, F.

USA green impact windows and doors. This company works with YGREEN which does not give the services they claim. YGREEN is the finance company which at first seems like a great idea to use, however USA GREEN IMPACT WINDOWS AND DOORS is a big joke of a company. My project for impact windows begun sometime in January the workers were complaining of the amount of work they had to do. The work therefore was done wrong. The window latches did not work and although the work was not completed Ygreen was pressuring me into signing phoning me two and three times a day. USA green impact windows and doors were doing the same, I told them that I could not sign anything until the work was completed. USA green impact windows and doors took four(4) months of my time to lie about ordering the latches for the windows and the one window that needed to be replaced. Meanwhile the contract comes to an end which means I would not be able to pay for anything until next year making the finance even higher. First I was told that the deadline was May 31,2021 by ygreen, then it was by June 1st and now By July 1,2021. So this company decided to order the windows late and the windows will not arrive until the 17th of July. This is holding me responsible when it was not my fault. So I was given an option: pay up front 90% of the project and release ygreen, although I will be responsible for the finance fee. even though there is no longer anything to be financed. Or continue with the finance ygreen and pay a higher interest next year because the company failed to do the job in a timely manner. I have the money to pay for the windows, however why should I pay 90% at this time if the work has not been completed? DO NOT USE EITHER COMPANY YOU LOOSE AT THE END!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I used USA Geen for hurricane impact windows and it could not have been a worse experience. It took over 2 years and while I understand the issues with getting materials etc., this went way beyond that. They didn't order the parts/missing windows until I called to remind them for the 3rd or 4th time. They didn't show up when they were supposed to, they NEVER called back when they said they would oh, except to get the final payment. They left my house a dirty mess on the days I could get them to come work. I spent countless hours calling and following up with little to no response from them. I had to constantly do their job for them, repeatedly telling them the parts we needed and what was left to be done. It got to the point that I would call every Monday and it was almost a joke with the girl that would answer the phone, I'd say it's me again for my weekly call. Each time she would say someone would call me by the end of that week and not once did that ever happen, this went on for AT LEAST 4 weeks. It got to the point of ridiculousness and I would say that to her and she'd always say someone WILL call this week but that never happened. When they did show up they didn't always have what they needed. It seemed like no matter who I spoke to they didn't know anything about what I had already discussed with 4 people prior. To be fair I will say I had one nice experience with two guys that came to fix the problems that kept my windows from passing inspection. They came when they were supposed to, when they FINALLY got the parts (I think it took about 6 months), did what they were supposed to and cleaned up after themselves. Once I finally did pass inspection it took them over 2 months to come put up the final trim. For the most part I am happy with the windows but it was not worth the frustration, I would have rather weathered a hurricane without them. Don't waste your time and FRUSTRATION, find another company.

The current President of the company, Oved Ashkenazy known as John negotiated with my business a epoxy flooring for 6880 sq ft of his business and also the baseboard. We close the deal for $24K which is extremely cheap for the size of the job including floor removal but John is a good business man and get what he wants. When signing the contract John was acting weird and just made a big signature without reading or caring about it, so I made sure he looked at it because in epoxy flooring is very important for the owner to understand the process. We only guarantee 95% of the floor, 5% could have defects. We told them every floor has it's on imperfections. When deciding what rooms were going to get epoxy, Debbie was going to do hers out of her own pocket but John agreed to pay for her, so John choose blue, Jennifer a different blue and Debbie choose the grey from the showroom with some yellow. First day in the job nothing was removed from the floors, there are door and windows, all the office are full, so first breach of contract was there, John thought we were going to do for free so they waited for 2 days while we kept telling them, that delayed our work, made us rent machines for longer but we kept to ourselves. At the last day of work Jennifer, John's secretary, gets to the office when we are one hour from finishing and start discussing about the Debbies room color, we get in a discussion about it with John in the phone and we tell is impossible to make the yellow go away with white on top, you can see through it, it would take a lot of money/epoxy. So we take $400 out of our pockets and try to make the room less yellow but still a little yellow. Next day we get there, they stepped in before it could dry 100%, we argue about the little imperfections they want us to fix, we show them the contract but they just ignore it. So now we are going to have to pursue legal action. John not only didn't pay the $4800 left but cancel the $7200 check for 30%.

The journey with this company has been really painful, as a homeowner I want everyone who is considering hiring them to read this review first. The project started more than one year ago in September . I had t wait to for the installation for almost 6 months. They installed the first 9 windows in one day. In my personal opinion, the technician they sent to my home was not professional at all and he did a really bad job. How do I know? The final inspection in this project has failed 3 times. I was in need also of some modification and they send another technician to do that installation like 2 weeks after by February , I have to recognize that this second technician (I'm not going to mention any names because I think technicians are not guilty in this story) did a better job and was much more professional than the first one they sent, but again the quality of the job was not good enough, again, the final inspection in this project has failed 3 times. Did I mention since the first day there was a missing window? Well, that is another story, I was waiting for that window for more than 6 months, in the end, they sent another technician that was supposed to do a much better job than the previous one, but in the end, the quality of the installation wasn't good enough, the final inspection in this project has failed 3 times. Once they have all the windows installed the final inspection show began: They scheduled the inspection really quick and as quickly as that it failed because the bucks were concealed. The inspector needed to see how the windows were installed or a letter from an architect certifying the installation. It happens that after all, they didn't have any pictures of the installation, which seems weird to me because I saw every technician taking pictures of the installation, so a letter from an architect wasn't possible. In the end, they needed to show the inspector how the windows were installed so they just came to my home and started to break all the finish, and leave everything unfinished in order to be able to show that to the inspector. To my surprise, there wasn't any installer, or anyone from the company to meet the inspector the last time, so I had to walk him through and gather the information about what was wrong by myself. By today one year and 3 months after I signed the contract I have all the windows unfinished, they don't have any technician that can come to my home and finish at least the ones that pass the inspection. And I honestly don't know what else to do except to write my experience here.

I would like to file a formal complaint against USA Green Contractors (License Number: CGCXXXXXXX). On March 15th, I signed a contract with USA Green Contractors for impact windows and doors for my home located at XXXXX SW 78th Place, Palmetto Bay, Florida XXXXX. We gave them a deposit for $12,750, which was 50 percent of the total amount. As they had been unresponsive and we had not received any updates from the company, we sent them a certified letter (return receipt) asking them to return our deposit as no permits had been pulled and no work had been done. This letter was sent on June 4th, and was received by them on June 19th. We have received no response from USA Green Contractors regarding our letter and our missing deposit. We signed a contract with USA Green Contractors on 12/07 to have windows installed at our condo in Margate, FL. After 6 months, I filed a claim with AMEX (June 9) and they credited my deposit pending an investigation. They claimed covid delays and long story short, we were having them installed on 8/18. The installers showed up in a jeep with a U-Haul trailer and told me they had to check the measurements again. They said the mullion above the slider needed to be a 2 x 4 not a 1 x 4 that was ordered. So now they needed to lose an inch to make the windows work, the supervisor (Tom) came out and said I would be getting a better job if they just recess the track an inch into the concrete. Tom said we would just have a smaller threshold; I was concerned about water getting in if there was a hurricane, he said the standard is overkill and this would be fine since we still have another step up before water could get into our interior. need more space for additional info
