The Aaron's store in Riverton, Wyoming is so unorganized and employees are rude. I spoke with the manager beginning of this month and told her that I will make this month's payment later in the month. She didn't note it in the system. One of her employees called me this morning and argued with me. I told her that I spoke with the manager earlier this month. She called me back this evening to tell me that the manager never spoke to me. I was irritated. If they don't get the payment when it's convenient for them then they threaten to come get their stuff. It's like come on now, it's only a week and a half past due. They have NO Customer Service. As far as I understand, the company is supposed to work with you instead of threatening to come get the furniture. 😡
