Paid $19.99 for an alarm clock that was supposedly loud enough to "wake up even the most sound sleeper". What I got was an alarm clock so quiet only a librarian could appreciate it. So their advertising was blatantly false. But it gets worse! When I returned the alarm clock to them for a refund, they only refunded $1.80 of my $20 charge ! They claim the rest was for processing and handling charges. They are nothing but a bunch of thieves - do not waste your money buying ANYTHING from them !

Desired outcome: For them to refund the full amount of my purchase price.
